RUMOKA PA 2 Project
Rumah - Modern - Kaca Rumah tinggal 2 lantai untuk keluarga beranggotakan 4 orang. Dirancang dengan tema modern. Bangunan banyak memanfaatkan cahaya alami untuk siang hari melalui jendela. Juga memasukan udara dan penghawaan alami ke dalam bangunan dengan cross ventilation. Backyard dimanfaatkan sebagai area terbuka hijau dan pool area yang sekaligus dijadikan poin plus untuk view dari dalam bangunan.

Dibangun di kawasan TOD (Transit Oriented Development) di jalan koridor utama area Thamrin, membuat site memiliki potensi yang sangat baik dan strategis. Berkonsep merespon dan berintegrasi dengan kawasan TOD. Selain menjadi lokasi huni yang strategis, bangunan ini dirancang sebagai wadah singgah user yang akan menaiki/keluar dari transportasi umum.

Area ±1687 m2 Building area 976 m2 35m x 13m Building Dimension 9 floors about grade - without basement 3,3 m Floor-to-floor height 64 room in 1 unit The efficiency of the material becomes one concern in this building, by proper elections, the building draws about 60% on the savings materials. Wall materials are selected from materials that absorb less heat into the building. Large sections of the wall are used to create cross passes to allow the wind to enter the building, resulting in good air circulation. Cool conditioning is also made up of numerous small plants that can cool off air temperature and enhance the appearance and aesthetic of buildings. Solar PVs installation is installed to take advantage of exposed heat to be used for building energy sources and thus reduce energy output from the plant and save costs. Also, the sun shading uPVC on each balcony of the unit can reduce the entry of excess heat and light into the room. This may help to save energy spending on air conditioning. The sun shading pattern in the horizontal line is one of the characteristics of some buildings at Trisakti University. Reintroduced to this trident as the identity of Trisakti.

Gedung Kantor dirancang pada tapak yang terletak di area yang cukup strategis di bagian utara kota Jakarta. Tapak berada di corner jalan raya besar sehingga membuat tapak menjadi lebih bernilai dan potensial. Selain itu, keadaan bangunan lain di sekitar terdekat tapak tidak terlalu tinggi, sehingga cahaya matahari yang cukup baik bisa masuk ke tapak. Hal ini juga menguntungkan bagi tapak.
