PUBLISHERS MESSAGE Does Paradise Spoil Us? - No Doubt! Renee is a native of Tampa Bay and I moved here when I learned there was a place where it does not snow. By the time I had reached high school age, I felt I had shoveled enough to last a lifetime. Florida is #1 at attracting new residents and Tampa Bay tops the fastest growing list. What are its strongest attractions? Is it the weather? Availability of jobs? Relatively low taxes? According to economic development folks, it is all of those things, and more. Tampa is Zillow’s top pick for first time home buyers. That has to do with home availability and affordability.

We think that the reasons go deeper than that. It goes to the very core of why we consider this area Paradise. It has a lot to do with options. Decades ago they were saying we needed national sports teams, and a strong cultural base. As a region, We’d say we’re there. On top of that we have a LOT of recreation & entertainment possibilities. We are definitely spoiled. If you are into art, it seems like a new museum is opening all the time around here. Craft breweries and distilleries are hatching throughout the Bay area. You may not visit most of them, but you may be drinking their products in your local restaurant or watering hole. Restaurants exist for every palate and pocketbook. One can visit a fresh market practically every day. At certain times of the year, one can even escape the modern age to spend a weekend (or several) in a 16th century English village without the benefit of a time machine (at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival). We can walk on the beach, kayak, paddleboard, windsurf, go-cart, golf, horseback ride, canoe, fish or parasail, take an art walk, visit a museum or art gallery or see a show at a performing art center almost any day of the year. There’s also continuing education at an amazing number of libraries, colleges, universities, and through a great local OLLI Program. Residents here treasure long-standing relationships, and most also embrace newcomers without hesitation. Newcomers LOVE Paradise News.

Captain Jim Myers began the tradition of the “Ringing of the Sunset Bell” in Pass-a-Grille on March 27,1996. Visitors were honored to ring the bell and their names were recorded in a log book for years. The self-proclaimed “Head Ding Dong” recruited his own replacement, Jim LeBlanc, who took the tradition to the next level by putting it on Facebook. See Ding-Dong Sunset at Pass-a-Grille. Registration starts April 9th at 120 108th Ave. M-F 8 am - 4.30 pm Call (727) 547-4575 or visit www.MyTreasureIsland.org Treasure Island’s new MAYOR LARRY LUNN, 82, will take office this month, hoping to provide the city with the benefit of his experiences from Indiana. Treasure Island has tried to inspire a revitalization of downtown for many years. The clock tower roundabout and two-block path from city hall to the community park are lasting evidence. With 35 property owners involved, it has proven a challenge to do much else. “We had a similar challenge in Indiana,” recalls Lunn. “We formed a cooperative organization as an umbrella and got almost every down-
town property owner on board. I feel like I have three years to get the job done here.” Mayor Lunn said he would like to see city hall, police, fire, and other services relocated off the valuable waterfront, to the community park. In his vision, the community center could be rebuilt where it stands atop a multi-story parking garage, making it a far more desirable venue for events and providing some relief for the tight Treasure Island parking challenges. Lunn said he learned during his campaign that many residents feel underrepresented. The Chamber of Commerce has the businesses backs, but who looks out for the voters? Trusts & Taxes ESTATE PLANNING - Fact or Fiction by Samantha Chechele Many individuals procrastinate or avoid the process of estate planning because of fear. They have been misinformed about what is needed, have listened to family stories about the bad experiences of others, or simply have watched too much television and have formed their opinions about what estate planning is and isn’t based upon these misguided resources. Here are a few of the most common misconceptions about the subject of estate planning and the corresponding actual facts. Estate Planning is only for the Filthy Rich Even if you are not a member of the Rockefeller or Kardashian families, a basic estate plan is needed for every individual over the age of 18 in Florida. Florida does not recognize the concept of “next of kin” for many important roles, so having a basic estate plan starting at age 18 is crucial to protect you while you are still living! Parents of college students no longer have legal authority over their young adults so having legally protective documents such as power of attorney for your adult children is critical.
Estate Planning is only for the Elderly Putting off the process of estate planning until you are at an advanced age is unwise. None of us have a crystal ball to disclose the date of our eventual demise and guessing when is the latest possible time to complete an estate plan is foolish. Most people experience a health challenge or other event at some point during life in which power of attorney documents become vital. Not having these living protection documents in place could compromise care or quality of life.

Estate Planning Causes Imminent Death There is no known link between completing an estate plan and an untimely death. We do discuss the topic of death in the estate planning consultation with dignity and honor. In fact, most of the concepts discussed and documents created in forming a complete estate plan protect an individual while they are still living. Estate Planning is Very Expensive A reputable law firm will charge a fee based upon the appropriate plan for each individual or family, not a one-size fits all. The cost of an appropriate estate plan should be scaled to the needs of each individual, and for those of modest means, it should be very affordable.
These are just a few of the erroneous beliefs that stop people from seeking professional assistance to complete an appropriate estate plan. Avoiding having a complete and up-to-date estate plan could have devastating effects for you and your family. Schedule your free consultation with Chechele Law today to make sure that you are covered and your family is protected with a current and complete plan.
It is a Good Idea to Do Estate Planning Myself with Documents I Found on the Internet This is actually a very bad idea. When is it ever a good idea to take on a project where you have no knowledge about the area except what you learned on the internet? The internet is full of flawed or partial information and you don’t know which parts pertain to you and which do not. One of my favorite sayings is, “you don’t know what you don’t know.” This concept certainly pertains to estate planning. There are websites that show you how to do your own dentistry, including crowns, fillings and root canals at home, and no sensible individual would attempt this. Doing your own estate plan could create the same type of bloody mess! Estate planning is a job best left to a qualified attorney.
Having a Last Will and Testament Avoids Probate Most people believe this to be true, but having a will means “probate with directions.” There are other appropriate estate planning mechanisms, such as a fully-funded living trust, that can help to avoid probate, but a will alone does not serve that purpose. The Family Gathers at the Attorney’s Office for a Reading of the Will After a Death This one is only for television and does not occur in real life! It does make for some dramatic non-reality TV, of course!

Real Re eal Estate Estate Sell Oror Wait? by Jim “Property Beggins, Fro omNow theWizard” Sand UpBroker, Century 21 Beggins Enterprises Sell Now Wait? by Jim “Property Wizard” Beggins, Brokerr, Century 21 Beggins Enterprises “When you find yourself on the side of the majority it’s time to pause and reflect” (Warren Buffett)
The majority think we’re on a never ending up cycle, so reflection is suggested before deciding to sell or buy. Unprecedented real estate price bubbles are growing in major cities world‐wide. When they burst, a real estate price decline is imminent. The closest real estate bubble to us is in Miami.
Real estate is hyper‐local. This month’s article focuses on Pinellas County barrier island properties from Pass a Grille in St.Pete Beach to Island Estates in Clearwater. It’s a strip of islands with 17 towns along 27 miles of Gulf Islands including Isla del Sol and Tierra Verde. Of those homes 75% are built on the ground and 25% are elevated. Because of increasing flood insurance premiums, the elevated 25% are worth much more than the others. The price variations will increase proportionate to future insurance increases. Many buyers still buy the older flood prone homes and even spend extra to upgrade them, while disregarding the negatives.
Because of extremely low inventory on our islands, it’s a great time to sell. It’s not a good time to buy unless your personal circumstances dictate. I suggest to many clients that they sell and then wait to buy when prices come down, which, in my opinion, is inevitable. Replacing outdated homes with new technology and energy saving construction may be a better alternative to remodeling. Return on the investment for most upgrading and remodeling is less than you’d pay for those improvements. In addition, upgrading to your standards and décor may not be acceptable to your buyer.
On our barrier islands “under all is the land”. The size and location of the lot is often worth more than the structure. House values decrease with age while island lot prices continually increase because of limited supply. If you want to see an example of an affordable on your lot move in ready Energy Star home, go to BeachLifeProp.com. The model has 3,029 total sq. ft. under roof and the approximate build price is in the low $300,000 range, without the lot. Custom built homes are considerably more.
You’re invited to our weekly 'real beach talks' each Tuesday 4‐5PM, in person or online at www.facebook.com/jim.beggins to share area specific news. Pinellas barrier island land is the best value in Florida no matter what economic cycle we’re in. Watch us grow. rianna Melton began dancing at age three. She told everyone willing to listen that she was going to be a ballerina. Since her mother, Anna, and father, Brian, had no dance experience, they let Brianna’s passion guide them. Seeing her grow with every class, they couldn’t help but fall in love with ballet, too.
Over the years, they saw several promising young dancers leave Tampa Bay during their high school years to prepare for their dance careers at pre-professional ballet schools. Seven years ago, they decided to one day create a conservatory in Pinellas County to allow those dancers the opportunity to continue their training without leaving home.
Ballet Dances Its Way Into Gulfport -Brian Melton, Executive Director, St. Petersburg Ballet Conservatory
St. Petersburg Ballet Conservatory is located in Gulfport because they established the organization first and then began searching for the perfect location. A family friend, Wilfredo Huertas, directed them to the Maria Center at the Most Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church as a potential site. As you step inside The St. Petersburg Ballet Conservatory for the first time, you’ll instantly know it’s not a typical ballet school. Coupled together with the twin 3,800 square-foot dance studios, adorned with the latest in sprung dance floors, is a partnership unlike most.

After many years of searching for the right opportunity and partnerships, Brianna’s parents met Servy and Allexe Gallardo, the perfect artistic partners. They couldn’t help but notice Servy’s extensive abilities when Brianna spent three summers training with him. As we had a chance to discuss with Servy our dream of creating a conservatory / pre-professional program, we realized our dreams were the same. They came together to collaborate and create SPBC in the summer of 2017 and we opened our doors February 5th of 2018 as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit. It’s still difficult not to get choked up watching young dancers realize more about themselves when taking a class at SPBC or seeing the looks on visitors’ faces when they experience the space for the first time. We are proud that we have the passion and the talent to offer a program like no other to our students and community. At the corner of 58th St and 15th Ave S in Gulfport, the Maria Center facility is large, but makes an unassuming international training school for ballet dancers. Built as the gym and cafeteria for the parochial school at the church, the building became the perfect venue for the Conservatory. “The church administrator, Pat Sullivan, and priest, Fr. George Iregi, were enthusiastic from the beginning about our vision. With the blessing of the church advisory committee, the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg quickly approved the project and the partnership began”, SPBC Executive Director and Brianna’s dad, Brian Melton, told Paradise NEWS.
“We are very excited to have Servy Gallardo as our artistic director and partner. His international network will prove to be instrumental in our growth. It’s hard to get Servy to talk about his career as a professional dancer or as a teacher and choreographer, but he will boast about a student’s success in a heartbeat. As a previous instructor to such world-renowned dancers as Daniel Ulbricht, BeckAnne Sisk and Michaela DePrince, he has plenty about which to brag. When you meet him, you’ll quickly feel his connection to his dancers and his passion for helping them achieve their goals and dreams. Chloe Driver from North Carolina, one of the first dancers to join the pre-professional program can attest to that. Students that work with Servy for even a single class leave better dancers, with a new appreciation for hard work in the studio. “Discipline is a key component of being a successful dancer,” said Servy Gallardo. “This requires punctuality, dedication, teamwork, a strong work ethic, and belief in yourself and those around you.” The St. Petersburg Ballet Conservatory has a pre-professional dance program as well as a ballet school for local and younger dancers. Starting as young as age four, the school provides the track to the professional program for those that want a career as well as disciplined, focused training for those who simply enjoy dancing. A benefit that every parent of a performer can appreciate is the ability for parents and guests to watch class openly. Parents aren’t typically allowed to watch class for fear of being a distraction to their child. The Conservatory believes that’s exactly why parents should be encouraged to watch.
Getting used to an audience prepares students to perform on stage. Parents can be a part of their child’s learning and can experience class and instruction along with their dancer.
The Conservatory is preparing for its summer intensive program that provides 2 and 6 week sessions. This program highlights professional company training for those dedicated to the craft and striving to further their careers as performing artists. Students come from around the country to better themselves as artists by getting instruction from a different perspective and training with other great dancers and extending their network for future opportunities. This type of program is what attracts dancers to our area and retains our incredible talent. The plans for the creation of a professional ballet company have begun so that we can showcase them in a world-class arts community. “Currently,” Servy continued, “between community outreach and training, we are also hosting ‘Dance 4 Kids’ from 1-3 pm every other Saturday for beginning dancers ages 5-10. Each class session showcases two different styles of dance such as:
ballet, hip-hop, modern, musical theater, jazz and contemporary to enhance the learning of the young dancers. By popular demand from the community, adult dance classes as well as yoga, are coming very soon. StPeteBalletConservatory.com is updated regularly to keep all informed about current classes and new programs. For additional info, to donate, sponsor or discuss use of the facility, contact 727-914-7257 or email: brianmelton@ StPeteBalletConservatory.com All are invited to the Conservatory to observe, experience a class for yourself, or enjoy seeing the artistry of a teacher and dancers coming together to create something beautiful.
“We have made so many new friends and partnerships throughout our journey and look forward to making more as we continue to grow and bring world-class dance instruction to our area. We truly appreciate our community and all you have done for us thus far. Join us today as a sponsor, donor or student as we welcome you all to Be a Part of Something Great at The St. Petersburg Ballet Conservatory,” Servy concluded. PN ParadiseNewsFL.com | APRIL 2018

Cyberattacks against small businesses are on the rise. According to Symantec’s 2016 Internet Security Threat Report, 43% of all attacks worldwide were targeted at small businesses with less than 250 employees.
Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri confirmed that 861 cyber incidents were handled by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) just over the past six months through March 19. Included were identity theft, scheme to defraud, criminal use of ID, and fraudulent use of credit cards.
dentity theft is the most prevalent cyber incident. The PCSO offers a special tips flyer entitled Protect Yourself from Identity Theft, which is available at www.pcsoweb.com Topics include red flags, password security, protecting your information, and using debit vs.credit cards.

With computer hacking another common cybercrime, Ryan Ploger, Paradise News IT consultant through his Pellitech.com firm, has some key advice (see sidebar on Page 31).
Florida SBDC Campaign
The Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network, the state’s principal provider of business assistance, based in Pensacola, recently announced a new cybersecurity service available to small businesses.
SBDC workshops across the state are introducing the Byte-Size Small Business Cybersecurity Program. It provides small business owners with a sound understanding of the risks of cyberattacks, common cybersecurity threats, and strategies to safeguard their business.
The no-cost workshops cover four topics: basic cybersecurity threats, security, remediation, and cybersecurity resources. Locally, a one day workshop is set for Friday, June 8th, at the USF Port Tampa Bay building in Tampa (see accompanying sidebar). A key takeaway and the foundation for these workshops is a new in-depth resource guide, which offers user-friendly information to help businesses become more cyber-secure.
The Florida SBDC Network partnered with Ridge Global LLC, a globally recognized risk management cybersecurity firm, to launch the program statewide. Last December 14th, the Network was joined by Florida International University, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce to host the Florida Cybersecurity Conference in Miami. It brought together cybersecurity experts both locally and nationally from government, law enforcement, and the private sector to help businesses develop, evaluate, and strengthen their cybersecurity programs. Among highlights for the overflow crowd was a cybercrime panel moderated by Ridge Global President Chris Furlow, with Florida SBDC CEO Michael Myhre and Adam Sedgewick, Technology Policy Advisor, U.S. Dept. of Commerce Office of Policy and Planning.
Local Pinellas Expert Tips
EJ Liggieri, founder and CEO of Pinellas-based Quarterdeck Technologies, told Paradise News, “We believe one of the best ways to build a sound defense against cyber threats is user education. You can start with improving your technology defenses. Equally, if not more important, is helping educate all users, your employees and associates, of the threats and methods that support your company’s computer usage policy.
“Your organization’s defenses are only as strong as your weakest link. End-users are routinely identified as one of the prime attack targets. We’re not saying you can’t trust your employees, but without proper education, they‘re prime targets for hackers. For your employees, it’s not only investing in skills needed at work, but also needed in their private lives. We get great feedback from our clients that our anti-cyberattack training also positively affects their employees on a personal basis. The training sessions are short, to the point, and many also include videos that make them easy to understand. “Examples of ‘attack surfaces’ in the real office world from the SANS technology institute include ‘open’ website ports; inside firewall services; processing code for incoming data, email and office documents, etc. and an employee with access to sensitive information that is socially engineered.
“However, many businesses focus their defense efforts at the top of the list and never end up with the last item, the employee. And often owners get fatigued with trying to keep up, looking at expensive technology to help with the problem. We like to think of educating your employee as ‘installing a human firewall’, an investment with great payback.
“Quarterdeck Technologies provides a simple solution to address this gap with some main points: provide even the smallest business a simple, self-administered risk assessment process that they can complete on their own; provide an easy way to perform a ‘dark web scan’ that can point to which employees are most at risk, and need more training; provide base policy templates that a client can edit; provide a way to track which employees have read the policies and acknowledge their understanding; and provide continued ongoing assessment and follow-up training.
Apple/MacOS Computers are also vulnerable to Cybercrime You Can Prevent It!
“One of the things Apple/MacOS (Operating System) computer users have enjoyed over the years is the fact that they have generally remained unaffected by virus and malware threats,” says Ryan Ploger, owner of the Pellitech IT firm.
“Therefore, they have not had to deal with security nearly as much as Windows users for various reasons. Without much demand for third party antivirus software, MacOS users just free-wheel around the Internet without much concern for security. This has created a particularly vulnerable segment of users and systems. “Three basic things can be done to get the MacOS system and user up to snuff when it comes to cybercrime prevention in your home and office: Software updates, User awareness, and a Disaster recovery plan
“Always apply Apple’s software updates as it does a good job of releasing patches to address system vulnerabilities. It isn’t necessary to always upgrade your OS to the latest version, but applying ALL updates to your OS in a timely fashion is critical. Updates are the patches within your OS version, while upgrade changes the OS version itself and can be delayed, but it’s best to not let your OS version get too far behind. Also, at least consider antivirus software.

“With a fully patched system, the weakest link will be the user. Phishing emails, fake phone calls from ‘IT support’, flash drives found in the employee parking lot can just basically hand over the keys to your system to cyber criminals. Learn to recognize the signs of an attack or phishing attempt, and train your employees to do the same. “A disaster recovery plan is critical to prevent loss of money, reputation, and even your entire business. First and foremost are backups. If you do become a victim, you must be able to get your data back and a backup solution will enable you to do just that.
“Apple has a great built-in backup system called Time Machine. However, it is generally attached to a disk connected to the computer and can also become deleted if your system is compromised. Have two backup disks—one connected and one offline, since hackers can’t get your offline data. Rotate them at regular intervals based on your risk tolerance.” For more information, contact Ryan at Ryan@Pellitech.com or call him at 941-404-8247.

“We find many small businesses are too busy to invest the time and resources needed to fully understand and adequately train staff on their own, or they are overwhelmed with technology. We invested in a program designed for the small business community, in conjunction with other terrific safeguards such as our business continuity services. It’s all part of our #keepdatayourdata initiative. We help firms understand where they should focus first, and we offer an initial free consultation. “The cost of a data breach or outright loss of data could not only be large, but also potentially a business-ending event, and it’s our mission to put the necessary tools and services within the reach of all small businesses.”

Fri., Apr 20th–Sun., Apr 22nd, The Florida Orchestra will perform Verdi’s Requiem featuring the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, under the baton of Music Director Michael Francis. The Florida Holocaust Museum is partnering with the orchestra to tell the story of how the work became known as the “Defiant Requiem” during the Holocaust in the
Theresienstadt (Terezín) Concentration Camp. At the beginning of all three performances, The FHM’s Executive Director Elizabeth Gelman and TFO President & CEO Michael Pastreich will speak briefly about the connection between the Requiem and Terezín. A pre-concert talk starting one hour before each performance will take an in-depth look at the Requiem, including the Terezin connection. The talk is free to all concertgoers. “There is an enduring fallacy that Jews did not resist the Nazis during the Holocaust. There were many methods of resistance including armed struggles and uprisings, as well as more spiritual forms. The story behind the Defiant Requiem tells how prisoners of Theresienstadt used music to resist Nazi efforts to degrade, deprive and dehumanize them,” said Gelman. “Verdi’s Requiem is sublime all on its own. When you know this amazing connection with Terezin, it makes both the music and the story even more powerful. There is no doubt everyone in the concert hall will feel it,” Pastreich said.

Funding Futures - Students Arts Opportunity Grant Program Talented students who aspire to be exceptional musicians, actors, or visual artists are often faced with financial need that prevents them from pursuing a career in an artistic field after school or during the summer. A small grant award can make a world of difference to a student who otherwise would not have the chance to succeed in his or her arts field. The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance is committed to supporting young talent out of school, just as we support ACE, Arts for a Complete Education, for Pinellas County arts education in public schools. Who is eligible: any artist age 10 18 in the categories of dance, cinematic arts, jazz, music, digital arts, photography, theater, visual arts, and voice. For a Funding Futures application with more information, email ace@stpeteartsalliance.org Donate to Funding Futures which is supported 100% by donations. SPAA has awarded over $10,000 to 16 students in our first year. Help make a difference in a child’s life. Donate today! In - Shore Sheepshead action generally picks up as the water clears behind the last front! Behind fronts, waters get very stirred up, but the ‘Sheeps” seem to be unaffected. Recently we had a handful of young anglers on the docks filling coolers with Sheepshead. Black drum still biting well too. Most of the Snook action is at night on the outgoing tide. Flounder fishing inside the passes is going well too, dragging soft plastics or fishing live shrimp along the bottom of the sandy bottom is the best approach for the flounder. Near - Shore The Hogfish bite is getting really good! However, this recent cold front will slow them down a bit, they do not like to feed as actively in the muddier near-shore waters. Hopefully it should clear quickly and the bite will pick back up. The Kingfish are the same story as the hogs, the muddy and now chillier near-shore waters make it hard to get the kingfish chewing. However, as the water clears, calms and warms they pick back up where they left off.
Off - Shore Kingfish have been steadier out in the deeper offshore waters. Red Grouper bite was picking up a bit before this big blow. We were finally starting to see them become more aggressive and in larger numbers. Triggerfish still biting well and we’ve been able to dial in on these guys with ease since they opened up March first. Snapper species are continuing to bite well and that will only improve as the waters warm up and summer spawns approach. Captain Jack’s Dolphin Corner Lots of baby birds lately at the bird nesting island or local rookery named ‘dog leg key’ inside Boca Ciega Bay. We cruise this island on every dolphin watching nature cruise & eco tour at Hubbard’s Marina and it’s only $19.50 for adults and half price for kids 11 and under! Dolphins have been quite active lately in large groups socializing the juveniles and playing ‘catch’ with large fish like Redfish, Mullet or Snook showing the juveniles how to better utilize their sonar to hunt down their prey. The tossing and slapping on the water stuns the fish, allowing the juveniles more time to hunt them down before they take off.
FISHING Why mess around? If you want to catch the big ones, reserve your spot now on board Florida’s most productive fleet to the Gulf of Mexico. Bait, ice, gear & help available every trip. xÊ ,°Ê Ê 9ÊUÊ£äÊ ,°Ê 1 Ê 9ÊUÊ*, 6 / Ê ,/ ,-
DOLPHIN WATCH You’ll see dolphin, manatee, ospreys and rare eagles on the area’s best narrated cruise. Your tour also takes you past stately area mansions. Sunset Cruise available with free beer & wine for adults.
FT. DeSOTO FERRY TO BEAUTIFUL EGMONT KEY OR SHELL KEY Snorkel the ruins of historic Ft. DeSoto and tour a working lighthouse. Walk the streets of a SpanishAmerican fort or go shelling on America’s #1 beach.

April 2018 Astrology Article
Action planet Mars passes by taskmaster Saturn in Capricorn; sign of business, government and all serious matters on the 2nd. This is a great time to charge into your projects, as this steady energy can assist you to accomplish your goals! But, with Mercury still retrograde, better to finish what you are already working on and wait until after the 15th before anything new is started. Let’s hope to see successful outcomes in both personal and world issues at this time. Mercury’s gradual forward movement in Aries will increase this drive for success during the next 10 days. On the night of the 15th just hours after Mercury moves on, a New Moon in dynamic Aries begins the next lunar cycle with revolutionary planet Uranus, bringing the unexpected and unusual along! This is a very special new cycle that can begin with breakthroughs and awakenings in any area of our lives! If you have been waiting for the right time; this is it! The Sun moves along to stable, patient Taurus on the 19th; so we will have the endurance to accomplish those big undertakings for the next month. As love planet Venus visits dualistic Gemini on the 24th we may also spend the next month with a desire to live in the moment or experience as much variety as we can, instead of making long term commitments. Mars has moved swiftly along and catches up to transformative Pluto on the 26th. This can bring reform in structures, with dynamic and courageous changes. A Full Fish Moon in passionate, resourceful Scorpio lights up our sky on the 29th just as April comes to a close. This peak in the lunar cycle can shine on our inner, private world; and reveal the strengths we need to seize the opportunities that can propel us forward to new levels of achievement. 62

When we list homes for sale, we charge 4%. If we are the only agent involved in the sale, we lower our fee to just 3%. Since 2014, we’ve saved sellers nearly $750,000 had they paid 6% to sell their home. Real estate commissions are negotiable, and it’s your hard-earned equity.” – Kevin and Lisa Cahill
