As thought leaders in the relocation industry, our Consulting group examines all program facets including administration, exception policies and practices, supplier requirements and plan segmentation to gain a complete understanding of where efficiencies may be gained. Providing One Voice for You and Your Employees Utilizing a best practice service model, Paragon administers a full suite of relocation management services for your company through a single-point-of-contact. For our clients, a dedicated Account Manager is the steward of the relationship. Working for you, the Account Manager holds full responsibility for the overall success of the program. Additionally, the Account Manager has oversight of the team of Relocation Consultants that delivers the services to your employees so that there are no disconnects. The Relocation Consultant manages each transferee’s move in the same fashion, holding the overall success of the relocation in his/her hands. As an additional service enhancement, Paragon offers Gold Service on every relocation for Vice President-level and above. This ensures that your VIPs are well taken care of throughout the relocation process with more management oversight on the account and extra special touches like a gift basket at move-in. Gold Service can also be authorized for all employee moves as well.

Because of our dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, all of our Account Managers and Relocation Consultants carry mobile phones so that they may be reached after-hours for emergency situations – 24x7.

u Preview Trip Coordination Through our Preview Trip Coordination, Paragon is able to assist internal Human Resources staff with attracting top talent to commit to a position or the move. This service aids in the recruitment process by helping employees or new hires picture themselves in their new location. With the oversight of a local expert, your employee or candidate will be able to see exactly what the new location has to offer. Additionally, Paragon processes all expenses applicable to the Preview Trip.

u Relocation Policy Counseling Paragon’s dedicated Relocation Consultants provide detailed counseling to transferees to ensure their complete understanding of both the benefits that their policy provides, as well as the procedures and timeline of all activities associated with the move. With innovative, personalized technology through our powerful communications suite, our Consultants can seamlessly connect with transferees in a mode of communication that fits their style including video, email and phone.


u Relocation Expense Audit, Processing, Payment and Reporting Paragon utilizes a single, end-to-end technology platform to track, process, pay and report all transactional activity for employee reimbursements, supplier payments and supporting tax documentation. Our PRISM system delivers real-time information and offers clients and transferees a comprehensive view into all financial data throughout the relocation process.

u Home Marketing Assistance Selling a home is an emotional and complicated process for transferees. Through our proactive marketing efforts, Paragon helps transferees eliminate any roadblocks and sell their home for top dollar, reducing the need for a buy-out offer and avoiding homes in inventory. Paragon offers complete mastery of marketing homes in both good and bad markets and can provide your employees ideas that can make selling a home effortless.

u Homesale Services Paragon offers several options for providing Homesale Services. Our programs include: Guaranteed Buyout/Appraised Value, Amended Value and Buyer Value Option. All of our Homesale Services are meticulously managed to ensure that your employees are receiving the best guidance through one of the most important phases of any relocation or assignment.

Our relocationspecific expertise allows us to properly understand and work with transferees who have special needs and circumstances that require extra attention to detail and timelines. Working with GenEquity also provides direct billing to our clients for mortgage closing costs — easing the burden for the employee.

u Rental Assistance For employees who choose to rent rather than buy a home in their new location, our Rental Assistance services afford the same detailed support and guidance typically offered to the homeowner. Paragon’s Rental Assistance begins with in-depth counseling and assessment of the employee and family’s housing and community needs. Armed with this information, Paragon can then provide the employee with a list of pre-screened properties to assist the employee in finding a suitable residence. Through our detailed service, the time and effort spent on finding a residence is decreased, saving money for our clients and allowing the employee to be more productive on the job.

u Temporary Accommodation Services After speaking with the employee to gain an understanding of space requirements, commute preferences and rental time period, Paragon will recommend several options to fit the needs and budget of the employee and our client. Our service provides comprehensive counseling support and follow-up to ensure employee satisfaction.


u Transportation of Household Goods Aside from selling the home, moving an employee’s personal belongings is one of the most important aspects of any relocation. Our clients can trust that Paragon not only understands the logistics of the service, but also the emotional side of the process as well. Throughout the move, Paragon provides counsel and assistance to the employee and family to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Our household goods move services are coordinated through a dedicated Consultant and delivered through our extensive network of carriers, freight forwarders, vehicle transportation services, pet transportation services and other suppliers needed to facilitate the shipment of household goods. Finally, as an added safeguard, every household goods bill is audited by an outside, third-party company to guarantee cost containment and efficiencies at no additional cost to our clients.

u Employee and Family Transition and Spousal Support Assistance Relocating can be a very tumultuous and stressful time in an employee’s life. To ensure the success of the move, support services can be an invaluable resource and lifeline to the employee and family. Our services provide assistance in the areas of transition stress, crisis intervention, child and elder care issues or general family support. Through this same service, we can also assist the spouse in finding employment, volunteer or continuing education opportunities in the destination location.

u Travel Management Coordinating with our clients’ preferred travel partners, Paragon manages the travel needs of employees including travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, rental car details and more. Paragon also ensures all expenses are within policy parameters and properly reported and reconciled in an efficient manner.

u Tax Gross-Up and Reporting Using the salary and tax information provided by our clients, Paragon audits the tax gross-up amounts for accuracy prior to sending data to payroll for processing. Paragon’s system updates tax calculations as the tax tables change, so our clients are assured of the most current gross-up calculations available. Additionally, through our PRISM technology platform, all information is readily available for reporting purposes.
