Is located approx. 4 hours South of Byron Bay on the Macleay Valley Coast on the coastal road between Kempsey and Port Macquarie. The population of this secluded little hideaway is only 1,531.

Crescent Head is especially captivating with many local Aboriginal Art Galleries, including Dunghutti – Ngaku Gallery which showcases and markets the works of prominent, established and emerging Aboriginal artists from the wider Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Relax with a morning coffee at Blackfish Coffee or a cold beer after a morning surf at the Crescent Head Tavern, for dinner you must visit the La Costa Cantina –a mouth-watering Mexican Restaurant. Early morning stroll down to Killick Creek or maybe throw a line to catch that big one. Take a relaxing walk up to the top of Crescent Head Lookout to see the spectacular views of the whole coastline, a great spot for whale watching in the season from May to October.
