BYRON ARTS & INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

The Arts & Industrial Centre is the creative hub of Byron. It is constantly evolving and is becoming more and more frequented by visitors. Located just outside of Byron it is a melting pot of local brands many of which are globally recognised. On a week day the estate is a hive of activity with the 9-5 ers of Byron predominantly headed to work here. The Industrial Centre is more a creative outlet than a commercial estate and is a fine portrayal of Byron and what it has to offer on a global scale.

Embodying the Byron Bay lifestyle and everything it represents, HABITAT is a fluid, all-encompassing destination just 5-minutes from the beach and a 10-minute cycle to town. It was designed for a creative and passionate community, who value the good life as much as getting things done.

Byron’s first self-sustained village - where you can live, work and play all in one spot. We’ve eliminated the work commute; our residents can swim their morning laps, grab a coffee and walk to work, all without leaving the precinct.

The village precinct of Habitat represents the “new” luxury. With so many of us looking to disconnect from the online world and reconnect with like-minded people in an inspiring environment, Habitat offers the area’s best lifestyle experiences including the renowned Barrio Eatery & Bar, Bende barre and yoga studio, and a number of health and wellness, fashion and homewares stores showcasing local and design-led brands. Our curated collection of boutique stores includes some of Byron’s leading fashion, beauty, kidswear, menswear & homewares labels. Find the likes of The Habitat Collective, Nice Martin, Shack Palace Rituals, Department of Simple Things, One Teaspoon, Children of The Tribe, The Beach People, Annukka, Prae, Tigmi Trading, Florian Beck, Beautiflora and a new family law firm that has just opened at Habitat, Richardson and Murray.
