Shopping and Messaging Shopping by design has always been a social experience. Whether in a physical store or online, In the consumer buying decision cycle, messaging has always existed though in a disguised form. Product reviews are a strong message that shit consumer purchase decision making.


ONLINE REVIEWS ARE LIKE A 'MESSAGE' TO A POTENTIAL BUYER. REVIEWS IMPACT CONSUMER PURCHASE DECISION MAKING.


Amazon and Messaging As I login to my Amazon Prime profile, if I am given a space to chat with my trusted friends and quickly take views on if they think I should make a certain purchase or not, I would love it! In many ways we all gain reviews by posting questions on facebook, messenger, Quora and Whatsapp. The case for Amazon to launch a messaging application is strong and obvious.


Amazon, Messaging and The Next Billion Users In India Trust is the most important currency in India. From smartphone sales to investing in the equity markets, trust drives India. A review/ viewpoint from someone that I trust before I spend money is of great value. Amazon can capture the next billion Indians shopping choices simply by enabling 'trust' before asking them to transact.
