Full prepayment is required eight weeks prior to event date. 4. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve Celebrations. 5. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking for New Year’s Eve accommodation packages. 6. Refund and cancellation policy: deposits and full prepayments are non-refundable. 7. Payment can be made by credit card or cheques made payable to Park Plaza Nottingham. Full prepayment must be received eight weeks prior to event date for Christmas Parties and private dining. 8. Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Hotel of any guest who have either food allergy or food intolerance in advance of the Event.
