terms and conditions 1. All events require advance booking. 2. A non refundable or transferable deposit of 10% is required upon confirmation of the booking. 3. Full pre payment is required six weeks prior to the event date. 4. No refunds or transfers are permitted of the full event charge, if cancellation is six weeks or less prior to the event. 5. Payment: Credit card payments or cheques made payable to Park Plaza London Park Royal. Wherever possible please provide only one cheque per payment. Please note, we will adhere to the number of vegetarian meals requested at the time of final payment (six weeks prior to the event) but we cannot guarantee additional vegetarian meals will be available on the night of your party unless ordered 14 days prior to the date of your event.

6. Event prices include VAT and service charge. 7. Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Hotel of any guests who have either food allergy or food intolerance in advance of the Event. Upon the Client’s written request (such request to be made at least ten days prior to the first Event Date), the Hotel will supply allergen ingredient data for all menu items. 8. Full menu pre-ordering will be required no less than 10 working days prior to the event.
