Intelligent systems are enjoying a boom throughout the home automation sector. With its iParker concept, KLAUS Multiparking presents the first premium parking system in the world that consistently continues this trend all the way to your garage. At the core of the iParker, there’s the globally unique electrohydraulic synchroniser, which replaces the conventional mechanical synchroniser with its heavy synchronising shaft including rack. Intelligent sensor technology permanently measures the position of the parking platforms and sends adjustment commands to the control unit. If the platform tilts ever so slightly, the hydraulic flow in the lifting device is readjusted by valves in a fraction of a second – and the platforms return to their horizontal position. The new sensor-driven synchroniser technology offers a number of advantages compared to a traditional system design.

The future of parking begins with the touch of a finger iParker demonstrates your digital parking options. In future, home owners will be able to check the parking position of their car at any time via an app on their smartphone, tablet or PC. What’s more, the app controller lets you get your car ready** to go while you’re still indoors putting your coat on or saying goodbye to the family. And you can enjoy the same convenience when you get home: press the button for the Klaus Multiparking iParker app at the right time and you’ll find the empty parking platform ready and waiting, thus saving you even more time. Alternatively, smartphones equipped with NFC RFID technology can be used for controlling the parking system by touching them against a reader at the system and using the app to move the parking platform into parking position. When it requires maintenance, and in the event of malfunctions, the iParker communicates with its users or the building manager: It reports maintenance needs and information about the system’s operating condition, and automatically calls a service technician, if required. That’s pure park & smile!
From concept to launch The iParker concept is based on revolutionary technology and shows what’s possible by technological means. The ambitious technological project has also attracted financial support from the “Central Innovation Programme for Medium-Sized Companies” (Zentrales Innovationsprogramm Mittelstand, ZIM).
