• Can I bring my own yoga mat and equipment? We provide all the necessary yoga mats and equipment for your convenience during the Retreat.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
• What is the payment and cancellation policy for the “Energia Wellness Retreat”? Payment for the Energia Wellness Retreat is non-refundable, non-changeable and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• What is the protocol for retreat session cancellations due to unfavorable weather conditions?
Please be aware that in cases of adverse weather conditions, certain sessions may need to be cancelled. The decision to cancel sessions will be made by the management, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants.

• Will there be photography during the classes, and do I need to sign a release form?
During our classes, we may have a photographer present to capture some beautiful moments. If you’re comfortable being featured in photos and videos, we will provide you with a model release form in advance. This form grants us unlimited usage rights to use these photos on our website and social media platforms. However, if you prefer not to sign this form, you are still more than welcome to participate in the class, and we will ensure that you are not included in any photos or videos.
