Youth Athletics Classes taught by All Star Sports Instructors. All programs focus on learning teamwork and sportsmanship. No refunds after the third scheduled class.
Adult/Tot Super Sports
Bond and have fun together learning a variety of sports! This class is great for improving simple motor skills such as catching, throwing, batting, shooting, passing, and running, and helps develop hand-eye coordination. Parents participate with the child as we play soccer, basketball, hockey, t-ball, football, and other sports. This is a great intro to the All Star programs!
Jr. Basketball
Our instructional program is designed to teach the game of basketball at a basic level while keeping players active and engaged. Fun games are played to teach the importance of each skill learned. Our foundation technique focuses on basic mechanics to build confidence, then adds larger challenges as we progress. Footwork is an extremely important aspect of the game. This means no players are sitting! We work on dribbling with each hand, passing, and shooting technique, and understanding basic offense and defense.
Basketball Skills
The All Star Basketball trainers focus on individual skills as well as team play. Each session begins with speed and agility drills that enhance each player’s ability to get up and down the court quickly, generate rapid change of direction, and create explosion to the basket. These sessions cover ball handling, proper shooting technique, footwork, and defensive/offensive strategies. Small-sided competitions and game play enable each player to focus and work on learned skills.
Jr. Golf
This program is built to introduce children to the proper basic mechanics, know-how, and course etiquette at an early age. Golf is a game of repetition and mechanics, and each player stays active by taking many swings during each class. Maximum class size is lower in this program to allow the golfers to get individual attention from the instructors. The class involves basic swing practice, understanding the clubs, safety rules, and playing a small sided course that instructors prepare. Equipment: Please bring a water bottle. *Equipment is provided, but it is recommended that each child brings their own clubs.

Soccer
This program keeps everyone active and engaged both mentally and physically. Our lesson plan hides drills in fun games and uses association techniques that get down to the player’s level. Soccer is a game that is action-packed, so there is no sitting and waiting! We cover simple foot skills, dribbling, passing, shooting, basic rules, and even work on spreading the field. This class not only keeps the players active but is also a great base to prepare them for the next level of play.
Soccer Skills (levels changes with age) This program is designed with speed and agility drills to improve each player's game by allowing for a more powerful shot, increased range on the field, and efficient change of direction. All basic skills of dribbling, shooting, passing, and spacing are covered. Players also learn the importance of movement away from the ball and the importance of each position through game situations. Equipment: Please bring a water bottle, shin guards, and soccer ball recommended size 4. Super Sports
This is for the all-around athlete or for a child who wants to take a shot at different sports! Stay active and work on balance, motor skills, and hand-eye coordination while learning the rules of baseball, football, floor hockey, soccer, and basketball. We focus on a new sport each class and work on basic rules and mechanics as we play games that keep everyone moving. There’s no reason to pick a sport when you can play them all!
T-Ball
We engage all players no matter their skill level. Our coaching technique provides basic building blocks in a fun, safe environment. Players keep moving and learning, even while in the dugout! Mechanics and hand-eye coordination are the keys to early success. Players become more confident as we work on the proper mechanics of catching, throwing, fielding, base running, and batting. This program prepares players for level II, t-ball, or coach pitch leagues.
Baseball Skills
Our top notch baseball trainers cover the importance of proper throwing mechanics, rotational hitting, bunting, fielding, pitching and catching. Speed and agility are added to increase core strength and mobility for added bat speed, range in the field and linear speed for base running. In-game strategies are taught to increase each player’s overall knowledge. Equipment: Please bring a water bottle and glove (may bring own bat).
