THE FIRST. THE BEST.
Saint Louis University offers a variety of merit-based scholarships along with financial aid packages that can help you pay for your aerospace engineering education. In fact, 86.5 percent of all SLU students receive some kind of financial aid.
In 1927, Parks College became the first federally certified flight school in the nation. Innovation continues today at SLU's Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology through the collaboration of faculty and students. The center of the Parks College experience at Saint Louis University is education but not necessarily in the way you might expect. College often conjures images of large classes in lecture halls; while our students do spend time in the classroom, learning extends far beyond those walls. Excellent education is our focus and is made possible by strong curricula, dedicated faculty and hands-on learning. However, multiple leadership opportunities and a thriving student life are what make the Parks College experience, and our graduates, so well-rounded and unique.
In addition to the financial aid offered by the University, Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology provides a range of scholarships specifically for engineering students, including several reserved for aerospace engineering majors. You can find more information on financing your college career by visiting SLU’s student financial services office online at finaid.slu.edu.

“I loved my time as an aviation student at SLU. My advice to new students is to take advantage of the University's abundant resources — join clubs, take on leadership positions, study abroad, volunteer. And go to the Women in Aviation conference (even if you're a guy). Your networking opportunities start now.” Sara Wilson, First Officer at Alaska Airlines
