Motul Asia Pacific is continuing its commitment to motorsports for the upcoming 2023 year, extending existing partnerships and forging new ones with several teams and athletes across two-wheel and four-wheel racing in various markets. Motul as a brand boasts 170 years of rich history in motorsports, having achieved incredible success both on and off the track. The French lubricant manufacturer values motorsports as the ultimate tool to constantly improve and refine its vast range of products for all categories, as it provides countless insights on the performance of its products under the harshest racing conditions in the Asian climate.

Motul’s range of high-performance products for 4-wheel (and 2-wheel) motorsports features the flagship iconic lubricant, the Motul 300V, which has cemented its reputation in motorsport history as the ultimate fully synthetic lubricant for extracting the maximum out of the engine. This is supplemented by essential racing-grade additives like Gear Competition for seamless gearbox transmissions and RBF 660, specially designed to withstand the extreme temperature generated by racing brakes.

In 2022, Motul celebrated some notable achievements working with teams across the region. One of the highlights of the year was the successful partnership with Mercedes-AMG Official Performance Team Craft-Bamboo Racing, which saw the Motul brand being featured on the historic Bathurst 12 Hour podium, a monumental feat at one of the most challenging endurance events in the world. The brand also celebrated notable achievements at globally significant events held in Asia such as Super GT and Supercars Championship among others. Motul lubricants also powered the new Nissan Z GT500 to a stellar 3 victories out of the 8 rounds and 10 podiums, at least one in every race of the season to eventually clinch the Super GT title in 2022.

Building upon a successful year, Motul Asia Pacific is proudly extending its collaboration to several teams and events across the region:

• Extensive support to the NISMO teams’ #3 and #23 Nissan Z GT500 in Super GT GT500

• Lubricant partner for Team MUGEN in the Super Formula
