Can I bring my dog to the Show?

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead.

Can I bring my children? Do children require a registration badge?

Children may attend if they are accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Be aware that this is a business event so there is very little of interest and no specific facilities for children.

You must register and obtain an e-ticket for each of your children.

Can I get a badge at the gate?

No. You must pre-register.

You will be sent an e-ticket by email which you must print out and bring with or have it available on a smart phone.

Will the number of visitors be controlled?

Yes. There will be limit to the number of people allowed into the show at any one time.

You will be asked to specify which day you are going to attend, and it is essential that you visit only on this chosen day. What health and safety guidelines are being followed at the event? In compliance with the guidelines given by the government, every precaution is being taken to keep exhibitors and guests safe. The Glamping Show team has taken advice from all available sources and are confident of staging a successful and enjoyable event.

Is the Show open to the public?

The Glamping Show is a trade show, intended for Glamping suppliers and businesses or those planning to set up a Glamping business. Members of the public probably won’t find much of general interest at the Show.

Can I get food on-site?

Yes, there are a number of cafes and food outlets on site, which will be clearly marked by the on-site signage.

Where can I view the seminars?

This year, the seminars will be held entirely online meaning that no seminars will take place at the NAEC. All sessions will be pre-recorded and available online to view on demand between 21 Sept-21 Oct 2021. Visitors to The Glamping Show will gain free access to the Online Seminar Programme and all confirmed attendees will be sent login details when the seminar programme begins. If you are unable to attend The Glamping Show, you can still access the online seminar programme. Registration for the online seminar programme only costs £25.
