Hunter serves as CEO of Parks Real Estate. Hunter has vast leadership and development experience as co-founder of Core Development, focusing on development and renovation in in-fill neighborhoods, as well as Evergreen Real Estate, which has a portfolio of over 5,000 apartment units throughout the Southeast. Hunter and his wife Katty have four children.

Zach’s specialty is historic homes, new condos, and multi-unit condo sales management. Zach served as the President of Village Real Estate and on the Board of Directors for Greater Nashville REALTORS®. He was part of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2017. He lives with his wife and three children and enjoys spending time with his family, taking photographs, and playing music.
