BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED Ordinary Business MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING To receive and consider the Minutes of the previous 59th Annual General Meeting. 2017 ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS To receive the 2017 Annual Report of the Leagues Club, including the Financial Statements, Directors’ and Auditor’s Report for the 10-month period ended 31 October 2017. Parramatta Leagues Club per S98 of its constitution has changed its financial reporting period in order to align with the PNRL Financial Year.
