“I greatly enjoyed my afternoon's visit to Heritage last week and much admired the work that you and your colleagues are doing. Please pass on to them my regards and felicitations - particularly Aloo Sen [have I got his name right?] who chauffeured me around with such aplomb and kindness. Thanks too for the photographs which make a nice memento of the occasion. I particularly enjoyed talking to the one or two of your students whom I met on a personal basis (one of them in the first photograph, of course). Your calendar is set to take up a place on my working desk in Cambridge, where I generally spend most of the year between Easter and the end of November; it will remind me daily of your Institutions. Right now I am back in New Zealand till 14 March when I will migrate to Los Angeles for the run-up to Easter. Do let me know if there is anything I can do to assist your aspirations to develop a medical school, a hospital, and gain university status over the coming years.
