Beautifully situated, charming, authentic village house in the heart of Ojen with spectacular views of the mountains and the surrounding area. Marbella is 5 km from Ojen and is accessible via a good and scenic road. You can drive up to the house in the village to unload your groceries. There are several parking spaces located a short distance from the house.
On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the sun in the comfortable lounge chairs, where a relaxing sofa is also available. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a countertop, sink with tap, large gas barbecue with three cast iron grills and three separate burners, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. You can cook and dine here wonderfully. Everything is available for a delightful dinner and to enjoy the lovely climate in a charming ambiance for a long time. The kitchen is fully covered.
There is internet and plenty of power outlets and atmospheric lighting in several places. You can stream your favorite shows or Netflix from your phone or laptop.
The house also offers a spacious, modern indoor kitchen with a long and wide work surface, an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, and induction cooktop. The fully renovated house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is on the first floor with a separate toilet. The other bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the second floor. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with French doors. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Open all the windows, and the house remains pleasantly cool due to the thick walls. In winter, the warmth stays inside. The 2 bathrooms are both equipped with a beautiful shower, sink, and toilet. The atmosphere in the kitchen-living room is inviting and feels very pleasant to stay in
