Waterman Named Best of 2021

In 2021, Waterman Village became the only retirement community in central Florida to receive the highest awards from the nation’s two leading senior living review websites.

The SeniorAdvisor.com Best of 2021 Awards recognize outstanding senior living and home care providers who have received consistently high ratings from residents and their families. The Best of 2021 award winners represent the best of the best of inhome care, assisted living, and other senior living providers, based on the online reviews written by seniors and their families. This exclusive designation honors the top 2-3 percent of senior care providers across the United States and Canada. The Caring Stars award from Caring.com helps seniors and their families find top-rated senior living communities and in-home care agencies in the United States.

To be considered and recognized as a Caring Star of 2021, the senior living community or home care agency had to meet certain criteria for online ratings, reviews and responses. In determining the Caring Stars 2021 winners, Caring.com also conducted a reviewsintegrity audit and took other quality-assurance measures, including screening finalist communities using licensing and inspection reports on state agency websites.
