Andy Moore is Vice President of Private Client Services for First Tennessee Bank. His affiliations, besides First Tennessee Bank, include Center for Adult Education, Signal Mountain Presbyterian and Baylor Alumni. He is joining the competition because he believes in Partnership’s determination to help individuals. Andy has compassion for those in need within the communities of Chattanooga, and Dancing with the Chattanooga Stars is a great source for him to nurture that compassion as well as have fun with fellow participants.

Mrs. Dawn Weber –
Dancing the Cha-Cha
Dawn Weber is the Foundation Director of Alexian Brothers Health System. She is an active member in the Chattanooga community. She is involved with Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute, Rotary Club, Association of Fundraising Professionals and the MaryEllen Locher Foundation. Dawn is dancing “to raise awareness about the great work accomplished by Partnership’s Elder Services.” Some of her favorite songs range from Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings” to Janis Joplin’s “Summertime”. Dawn will pull from her yoga experience to incorporate poise and balance in her dancing style.
About Dawn’s Cause: Elder Services The Partnership’s services for the elderly and disabled provide assistance to those individuals over 60 years old and the disabled age 18-59. The program is designed to provide assistance to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks to maintain their independence and provide advocates for individuals who are living in a long term health care facility. Mr. David Padilla – Dancing the Rumba David Padilla is Dean of 11th and 12th grade at Baylor School. His affiliations include Chattanooga Area Food Bank, Conference on English Leadership and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. David describes his previous dance experiences as, “having a lot of exuberance, energy and excitement.” Funky rock songs like “Stayin’ Alive” and “Play that Funky Music” are his favorites. Excited to be a part of Dancing with the Stars, David says he is here “to raise awareness and funds for a great cause.”
About Dawn’s Cause: Rape Crisis Center The Partnership’s Rape Crisis Center provides assistance to victims of sexual assault or rape. The Partnership staff provides confidential, quality care to victims of sexual assault crimes. Mrs. Ferris Robinson – Dancing the Quickstep Ferris Robinson is the editor for the Lookout Mountain Mirror and the Signal Mountain Mirror and a columnist for Chattanoogan.com. She is the author of Dogs and Love- Sixteen Stories of Fidelity, Never Trust A Hungry Cook and The Gorgeless Gourmet’s Cookbook-Practically Fat Free Recipes for Super Busy People. She also assists Walden Log Homes and Walden Windows with social marketing. Dr. Ira Kraus – Dancing the Hustle Dr. Ira Kraus is a Podiatrist with Advanced Foot Care Centers in Chattanooga. He recently has embarked on a personal journey for better health and has lost 73 of his 130 lbs. goal! He has developed a new love for road biking. He is also an avid bowler, enjoys swimming, surfing the net, and playing with his yellow Labrador Retriever Savannah. Ira likes to groove to a wide range of music, anything from Bruce Springsteen to Barbara Streisand. We are looking forward to seeing Ira’s moves! Let’s wish him luck in the journey to win the competition!

Mrs. Gina Sakich – Dancing the West Coast Swing Gina Sakich is an owner/broker at Real Estate Partners Chattanooga LLC. She has been showing off her dancing skills since she was 12-years old grooving to the Commodores’ 1977 hit, “Brick House”. She even has experience as an aerobic dance instructor, making her a tough act to beat in this competition! Mr. James McKissic – Dancing a Latin Medley James H. McKissic has been working in the non-profit sector for almost twenty years and was recently chosen to be the Multicultural Affairs Director by Mayor Andy Berke. Not only does this man have a big heart for our Chattanooga community, but he also gives back in the form of artistry. A talented painter, James’ artwork exhibits African American ancestry, southern background and agriculture while revealing his vivacious personality. James is a passionate arts advocate, collector and painter. He is also involved with ArtsBuild, Habitat for Humanity, Hunter Museum of American Art and the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga. He fondly remembers being jealous of his sister’s dance recitals, and will seize the opportunity to spotlight his funky moves for a good cause!
About James’s Cause: Youth Services The Partnership’s Youth Services program provides foster home placement for neglected, abused, delinquent, and status offender youth. Fred Astaire Dance Studio Professionals Mr. Kyle Barels has been dancing for over 12 years as a professional. He studied ballet/tap/jazz/hip hop/ and lyrical growing up. Kyle has been awarded Top Teaching Awards through the Fred Astaire South Central Region, and has also received national recognition for his achievements. He is currently active in the competitive circuit, and holds several regional titles. Kyle believes that dance is expression in its rawest form and loves pushing himself and others to new heights and sharing his love of dance with everyone around him. Mrs. Irene Barels works full-time as the event manager for Bath-Fitter Chattanooga. She has worked full-time and part-time for the Fred Astaire Dance Studio since 2009. She studied ballet/jazz/tap beginning at the early age of three through high school. She has placed first in several regional ballroom competitions in the Professional Novice Division. Irene is ecstatic to be a part of Dancing with the Stars Chattanooga for the fourth year. Mr. Casey Haywood started with Fred Astaire Dance Studios in 2009. He has competed in several regional Fred Astaire competitions. Casey is now co-owner of Fred Astaire Chattanooga, and is very pleased to represent his studio in Dancing with the Stars Chattanooga. This is his fourth year participating in the event, and he is proud to support the Partnership and have fun doing it! Mr. Michael Love is a Chattanooga native who was very excited to bring his many talents to Fred Astaire Chattanooga. Michael is an intern with Fred Astaire Dance Studio, and is quickly picking up the skills of a ballroom dance instructor. Michael is very pleased to be a part of Dancing with the Stars Chattanooga for the first time, and help raise money for the Partnership!

Mr. Luke Robinson is a graduate of Auburn University, class of 2010. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Secondary Math Education, was a High Jumper for Auburn Track & Field, was SEC Academic All-American, and a 5-time recipient of Auburn’s “Top Tiger Award.” He is now a Geometry Teacher, and is also the head Gold coach and Asst. Track & Field Coach for Central High School. Luke has been an amazing addition to the staff at Fred Astaire Chattanooga, and with fellow staff member Catharine Coll placed 3rd in the Professional Novice Division at Fred Astaire’s South Central Dance Championships. Ms. Catharine Coll is a Memphis native that came to Chattanooga to begin school at UTC. She graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design in and has done work for the Hunter Museum, Association for Visual Arts (AVA), the Chattanooga Zoo, and has worked as a Graphic Designer for Smart Furniture since the fall of 2011. Catharine has been with the Fred Astaire Chattanooga Studio since late 2012 feeding her love of the performing arts and learning and growing as a member of the studio as an intern. She and fellow intern, Luke Robinson competed in the Fred Astaire Freddy Ball in Birmingham, AL and they placed 3rd in the Novice/Novice professional division. Ms. Natalie Honkonen is a Chattanooga native and a
graduate of Chattanooga Center for the Creative Arts (CCA). She has a passion for and has studied several forms of dance such as Ballroom, Modern, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tap. After graduating from CCA, Natalie went on to study Choreography at Columbia College Chicago. She is currently involved with the Ballroom Club at CCS as well as building a dance program for their new Fine Arts Center where she teaches modern and ballet. Natalie is thrilled to be a part of Fred Astaire Chattanooga, and to work with the Partnership to help raise money for those who are less fortunate.
Ms. Ashley Cuticchia works full‑time for Chattanooga Sports and Medicine. She has worked full-time and part‑time for Fred Astaire Dance Studio since 2006. Ashley will be dancing with celebrity dancer Andy Moore.

Judges Anita Oaks Headrick is no stranger to the
Tivoli stage. She holds the title of Dancing with the Chattanooga Stars Fan Favorite 2012! And has played an integral part in assisting this year’s dancers. She and her husband, Rob, are very involved and active within our community. You may have read about them visiting patients at TC Thompson and Memorial Hospital with their pettherapy beagles: their beloved Nehi, RC Cola and Little Debbie. They consider them their four legged children! The Partnership is excited to have Anita as one of our newest board members.
David Glenn is Chattanooga’s most popular
meteorologist at WTVC News Channel 9. David began his career in meteorology here in Chattanooga in 1991and excels at predicting our ever changing weather. David and his wife Rebecca have two sons, Jack and Carter. When not predicting the weather, David is a huge sports fan. Let’s hope he adds ballroom dancing to his list of favorite sports!
Donna Knowles Killian used her tap lessons, baton twirling and dancing skills to capture the title of “Our Little Miss Chattanooga” in 1969. Last year, she put her dancing shoes back on to raise money for The Partnership’s Family Violence Center. The Family Violence Center recognized her outstanding fundraising and dancing with their very own Dancing with the Chattanooga Stars award. Donna serves on several non profit boards in the community and loves to make a difference. She strongly believes in the Partnership and all the services that are provided.

Celebrity Guest Dancer Mr. Tony Dovolani Tony returns to Chattanooga after a thrilling guest appearance four years ago. He has been a favorite on the hit ABC television series, Dancing with the Stars, since the second season. He won the Mirror Ball Trophy, along with celebrity partner Melissa Rycroft, in the Season 15 All-Stars Competition. Season 16 paired Tony with famed country star, Wynona Judd. Tony’s professional body of work includes guest-hosting segments on “EXTRA”, the Golf Channel’s “The Morning Drive” and on ABC syndicated show “On The Red Carpet.” He was also featured as a special guest on the Dancing with the Stars: Las Vegas show. He is a frequent guest on “Good Morning America” giving viewers his special insight into the world of “Dancing with the Stars.”
Celebrity Guest Dancer Mrs. Ashley DelGrosso-Costa Ashly DelGrosso Costa is a professional dancer from Highland, Utah who starred on ABCs Dancing with the Stars for the first three seasons and returned after a short “family building” respite in Season 10. In 2006, Costa guest starred on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, as Lori, the dance partner of one of the characters. She is part of a DVD, entitled Dancing with the Stars: Cardio Dance along with Kym Johnson and Maxim Chmerkovsky.

About the Beneficiary: Partnership The Partnership is a social service community-impact agency with deep roots in the Chattanooga community, its origins dating back to 1877. Today, the agency continues to Empower People to Build Better Lives, and has touched the lives of over 75,000 individuals last year. Each of the Partnership’s 20 programs is designed to help those in need be their own solution to the challenges they face. Partnership programs are very diverse - helping families overcome depression, providing job assistance to the deaf, placing at-risk teens with “forever families”, guiding families out of debt and empowering domestic violence victims.
