Party I: Things You Need to Build This Theme


Party II: How to Tie Two‐Balloon Set and Tie to Column Stand Note: we use random color balloons to demonstrate the skill to tie two balloons efficiently.


Tie Two SETS of Balloons to the Column Stand One set of the balloons located at the Put two sets of balloons across each other bottom while the other set on top

Party III: Build Your First Balloon Column Stand Tips: we recommend using water or sand to fill up with base, so that it will be a bit heavy. Important: use clear tape to secure the connection between poles For Outdoor Use: Please add more weight ( extra base or dumbbell )


Party IV: Start from the Ocean Important: Use your creativity! Since ocean water pattern is random, so we randomly create an “ocean” with dark blue and light blue balloons. Tip: we recommend using two dark blues and two light blue to build the first layer. see photo below: Light Blue and Dark Blue switches to wrap the balloon column.
