Our services are designed for individuals, couples and groups; Life Matters Consultancy caters for both adolescents and adults. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a psychological talking therapy that is short term, problem and goal focussed. It is based on the idea that it is not the events that make us depressed or anxious, but the way we think about them.

As part of our well-being package we provide individuals, groups and organisations mental and physical health well-being training to ensure that you function at your optimum level whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance. In addition the training will help individuals to identify their trigger points, vulnerabilities, and stressors and develop healthy coping mechanisms to deal with their vulnerabilities and stressors.
