Sitara is a holistic health and wellness center located at Thongphaphum Kanchanaburi. Cover area 132 rai. This project emphasizes and focuses on good health and well-being, rehabilitation, and holistic health care. Due environment in the present and the lifestyle of people in each age group have changed as technological advancement tends to increase in the future. It makes people have stress and illness both physical and mental health. This project is aware of the importance of health stories to improve better health even more. Covered to be a place for resting and doing recreational activities to promote tourism and health care together. The purpose of this project is to be a place for both health promotion and relaxation. Create a resting experience close to nature different from urban society. Design space and detail that related to the original space such as agriculture, topography, and water system to develop the potential of the original space to continue in the future.

The main concept in this project is "Be A Part Of Nature" reflected in 4 features rest, retreat, reset, and re-nature means relaxation, rehabilitation, self-therapy through nature, and using clean energy as much as possible.

The purpose of the project is to use it as a place for cultivating clues, cultivating habits, temperament, manners, etiquette, family, art, culture, traditions, and a good way of life for children and daughters since childhood. Train to have a gentle mind, be kind to share generosity. The project is designed under the concept journey of life which means that life must meet birth, old age, sickness, and death. It is a natural law of life consistent with the trinity and Khan 5 and brings natural laws such as earth, water, wind, fire as natural healing in the design.

04 TOMORROW I’LL WALK BACK TO YESTERDAY’S BANGLAMPHU

Urban Regeneration For Urban Community Project

Tomorrow I will walk back to yesterday’s Banglamphu is an urban design project for the quality of life of the urban community, Khlong Phadung Krung Kasem, Thewet Bang Lamphu. The purpose of the project is to improve urban areas for a better quality of life for people living in the city. Making a city area of good quality and liveable will not only benefit the people of the city, but also tourists who will come back to Thailand in the future will have a good experience as well.

The main issue of the area makes a concept to improve it. That called “ Tomorrow I will walk back to yesterday Banglamphu “ means, in the future we can always travel back to Banglamphu even how long the world going, it still keeps the remarkable and identity of Banglamphu. This concept will show the connection between the past and the future, that can go through the future and keep the origin of Banglamphu. The past will present residence, temple, significant places, the way of life in the waterfront area of Banglamphu. The identity in each community that not be revealed and the future is to improve city related to Bangkok 250, Green links and interference of future trend in each area.

Amanpna is a 6-star resort in the Aman group, this project is designed under the concept Back to the local area of Nan by combining luxury and local identity of Nan. It gives the aura of the local natural atmosphere that is beautifully infiltrated in this forest. The resort has a workshop area, organizes local activities in Nan province for guests to learn and open up new experiences. It also publicity and promotes the identity and activities of Nan province not to be lost.

The layout of the rooms is divided into 2 major zones. The pool villa room is the most private zone and is separated from other areas. The other zone is the villa suite and villa deluxe, which are mixed, all of which are surrounded by beautiful nature and forests of Nan.

The left-wing area for the villa suites and villa deluxe rooms are arranged in an alternating manner so that the buildings do not block the views. There is a long wooden walkway leading into each room and trees are inserted between the rooms to add privacy and a natural atmosphere. There are also common areas for activities such as carving zones, music zones, and multipurpose spaces. All near the cotton fields are the highlight of this zone.

This section will show the continuity of activities from the walkway along the fence, bamboo walls, decorated with Tai Lue fabrics, next to the cotton field area, which is reduced to steps to the edge of the pond. The building features a raised basement in a local Thai style, blending in with the surrounding nature. Shrubs are planted along walkways to separate the use of the area, which is near to the resort's large pond.

The right-wing area for the villa suites and villa deluxe rooms has the same building layout as the left-wing has features unique activities and local cultural areas, such as the flower garland zone, the weaving zone, the pottery zone, the silverware zone, and the multipurpose courtyard.

The space will be downgraded into 3 levels to separate the building style. The top is a villa suite room, the next is a common area used for activities and the bottom is a villa deluxe room.

The pool area and villa suites and villa deluxe, the road can be accessed to each row of the rooms for the convenience to residents. The pool area is divided into 2 levels. At the top is a natural pool and below is a long swimming pool.

The pool has a rhythmic jacuzzi inserted. The two levels are connected by a bridge in the middle of the waterfall walkway, when looking to the end of the pool, there is a viewpoint that can see big and beautiful views. There is a pool area by the pool bar and spa to facilitate the residents to have the best experience.

The view from the natural pool, which is interlaced with nature such as rocks, shrubs, water plants, and small trees, looks directly at the waterfall bridge with ivy hanging down to divide the pool area into 2 parts. The side area is a spa that can be opened to connect with the nature outside.

The section will show the connection of the pool area that has been reduced to 2 levels. The natural pool and the swimming pool are connected by a bridge with a waterfall in the middle adding beauty to the pool. At the end of the pool, there is a lower level viewing area, the pool area and the viewing area are separated to increase privacy, including densely planted trees to increase privacy surrounded by nature in the large forest.

Renature is an accommodation project for staff and researchers of PTTGC companies in the PTT group. The purpose of the project is to create accommodation for staff and researchers who must work on Khao Huai Mahat, as well as to restore the fertile forest of Khao Huai Mahad. The project was designed under the concept of creating accommodation to disturb nature as little as possible and designing spaces to blend in with nature and vast forests. Including clean energy within the project, a check dam and reservoir have been built to support water in front of a variety of waters, circulating and using it in the project. Wetlands are grown to create ecosystems and filter various sediments to provide clean water, Using all solar lights makes the renature project is a small ecosystem ready to blend into one with a large forest.

RENATURE

MASTER PLAN

The space will be divided into 5 main zones: Zone 1 is an accommodation for senior staff and researchers who need high privacy and may not come to stay in this area permanently so it is at the top of the project and next to the secondary entrance. Zone 2 is an accommodation for staff and researchers with families or children will be located in the area nearby the swimming pool and playground to facilitate their use. Zone 3 is an accommodation for staff and researchers who are not group residents will be located in the area nearby the common area. Zone 4 is a clubhouse and common area, this area is a meeting area for residents. Zone 5 is a service and contact office. Each zone has a function that meets the needs preferences and suitability of different residents.

The common area of the project is a meeting and activity area for residents. It has a variety of facilities to support the use of a variety of residents, including indoor and outdoor banquet rooms are middle areas that can be used for multi-purpose continuation from indoor banquet areas. This middle area can be adjusted to use according to the needs by the arrangement of the space is divided into 2 rooms. The ground level has been reduced to create a different level of space to separate functions and the restaurant, library, and clubhouse are located at the top of the car park.

SECTION OF COMMON AREA PERSPECTIVE OF COMMON AREA

The section will show the connection of the common area to the pond and the building arrangement by raising the library and clubhouse to the 2nd floor of the car park area so that the buildings do not block the views. The space in the middle looks like a Sunken down to increase the usable area and the building is Thai contemporary style that blends Thai-modern style. The main materials are wood and cement.

The swimming pool area and family living area, area is especially suitable for families and children. The residential area is separated into 2 zones, with 5 houses in each zone to spread the area not too crowded. The pool area consists of 2 parts a 1.2-meter deep pool for adults and a 0.5-meter depth pool for children. The pool area is connected to a tot-lot playground with children's playgrounds and a fountain area, adding fun for children and reducing the heat from the hardcourt.

The pool is downgraded to separate the residential and playground areas.

Residential areas for non-group staff and researchers, the building is a condominium with all 2 floors. The area below the building will be an open basement to insert a co-working space that can be used as a multipurpose space so all spaces are connected, allowing for a wide view. In the middle of the court, trees are planted to add shade and the space is divided into 2 parts, the lawn and the seating area around the wooden floor and steps. Activities in this area can be carried out because the stairs have feature rhythmic stone tables placed alternately and the steps are wide enough.

LOGO DESIGN

Thun is a Thai-modern clothing brand design that promotes the local resources of hill tribes people in Northern Thailand. Bring local textiles from villagers to clothing production that is more modern design and sent for sale. Villagers will receive part of the income from the brand by not passing middleman. The purpose of this brand is to solve problems received unfairness from middlemen, build a career for local elderly people, and support local resources from Thailand.

The logo design seems like a silk thread smooth and adds more Thai style with a Thai pattern called “ kanok pattern ” in the first brand letter. The spelling with 2 types is Thun from Thunsamai which means modern and the word Thai in Thai.

Sitara is a health and wellness center, a place of relaxation and tourism together. The original space of this project is natural and agricultural and has an identity such as a stream surrounding the project, the limestone cascades down a layer, and a natural stones in the site like a sculpture.

The logo design will show 3 identities of this project and Sitara project name is from si-la means the stone and ta-ra means the stream.
