About the Judge

Chris Austin

I have been involved with Peruvian Horses as an owner and breeder since 1994. Since then my family and I have bred many quality horses as well as have had the honor of winning many championships both regionally and nationally. I am very blessed that my entire family shares the love of the Peruvian Horse. As such, we spend countless hours enjoying our horses on the trail as well as the show ring. I have had the opportunity to judge many shows throughout the United States, Canada, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Panama including National Shows in the United States, Canada, and Ecuador. Additionally, I am the past President of the North American Peruvian Horse Association.

I look forward to the opportunity to judge the 2021 U.S. National Show and it is my goal to facilitate an authentic and fun show for all exhibitors.
