Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC), located in Loggerhead Park, Juno Beach, Florida, is a sea turtle research, rehabilitation, education and conservation center that is open to the public and offers free admission. The Center also manages the Juno Beach Pier, just a half-mile north of the park. Established in 1983, LMC's mission is to promote conservation of ocean ecosystems with a special focus on threatened and endangered sea turtles. Its facilities include a sea turtle hospital, research laboratory, exhibit areas, campus café and coastal habitats with live sea turtles and other coastal creatures. Through field trips, guided tours, outreach and educational programs, the Center strives to educate the community on how it can help protect our coastal ecosystems and endangered sea turtles.
