1. Prices - The mentioned prices are recommended retail prices and valid for all orders as from the 1st of September 2022. We reserve the right to alter or modify the model or technical specifications. This pricelist supersedes all previous pricelists.

2. Quotes

• Quotes are valid for 28 days. After 28 days, if not confirmed, they will be deleted.

• Furniture will not be reserved until the quote has been confirmed with a 50% deposit.

3. Orders

• When you accept your quote, we require a 50% deposit to hold the order. Your quote then becomes a firm order

• Details such as paint colour and cushion fabrics can be finalised after placing your order.

• As soon as you have advised us of your choice of paint colour and cushion fabric we will start to process your order.

4. Supply

• If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock and needs to come from overseas, the lead time can vary froma few weeks to months. The sales staff will be able to give you an indication of the probable due date but holdups can still occur, either in transit or customs. If this happens, we will attempt to let you know the new delivery date.

• If part of your order is available but some has to come from overseas, your sales person will ask you whetheryou would prefer to receive the items that are available immediately or to wait until the whole order can bedelivered together. A second delivery charge may be incurred.

5. Delivery

• The sales staff will give you an indication of probable delivery date when you confirm your order. Should there be a delay, we will attempt to let you know.

• Two days before your scheduled delivery, the dispatcher will ring you to let you know the approximate time your delivery will be made. We always try to give you a reasonable time frame e.g. 2 hours. However, please be aware that traffic and other delays can happen. If this occurs, our delivery person will ring you to let you know.

• Delivery schedules are in the hands of our warehouse and delivery people. The sales staff can only give you an indication of day and time; they cannot promise it.

• Please let the sales staff know if you have difficult delivery access e.g. stairs, steep driveways, no backyard access,small hallways, or where you think they will definitely need two people to deliver due to access.

6. Final Payment

• Orders must be paid in full before delivery. lf you wish to pay the remaining balance on delivery, you must be there to receive the goods and provide payment, or we will not be able to leave the goods at your premises.

• Any orders that are dispatched with outsourced carriers must be fully paid before leaving Cotswold.

7. Invoices and payment receipts - All payment receipts will be given to you or sent to you along with your final Tax Invoice. Please keep your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase.

8. Returns

• Please alert our staff within 7 days of purchase if you have any concerns regarding the furniture.

• Should you find after receiving your furniture, that you have chosen the wrong product, please do not use the item. We may be able to exchange it if it is unused but will not be able to do this if the furniture has been used or if you have not alerted us within 7 days.

• Above all, we are always here to give advice and help where needed. Please contact us and discuss any questions you may have as there might be a very simple solution.Warranty

Warranty

• Furniture marked for residential and domestic use, has a 3 year structural guarantee.

• Furniture marked for commercial use has a 2 year structural guarantee.

• Warranty conditions do not cover normal wear and tear. Warranty could be affected when it is apparant to Cotswold that abnormal treatment has occured.

• Any modifications made to the furniture (e.g. painting) voids the warranty.

• Moving furniture from the original delivery address, may void any guarantee.

• Use your furniture only as indicated.

We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
