To whom it may concern,

Patricia Iglesias García was employed within our office for the period of November 2018 untill May 2020, the first six months as trainee, then for one year as junior architect. Patricia participated as full office member and performed work on different projects of various scales and in various stages. Her responsibilities covered almost every task in the design process from architectural studies, technical drawings, detailing, presentations, digital models and visualizations. These projects concerns:

‐ Four penthouses on top of the ‘Leeuwenflat’ in Rotterdam, Holland; ‐ Interior and industrial design of bathroom elements for the ‘Leeuwenflat’ penthouses in Rotterdam, Holland; ‐ Housing project for 54 apartments in Waddinxveen, Holland; ‐ Bridge in L’Aquila, Italy (Patrica was able to develop her Grasshopper skills during this project); ‐ Presentation and renderings for the art works ‘Dark Horse’, ‘Dark Matter’ and other new art works (like the hologram art work ‘Dark Sun’) for Villa Borghese in Serravalle Pistoiese and Rome, Italy; ‐ Urban study for interventions in the district Kralingen Crooswijk in Rotterdam, Holland; ‐ One the projects in this urban study, the transformation of a former school at the Haverlandstraat 12 into 12 apartments, was brought to a ‘concept permit’ status in three weeks, thanks to Patricia.

In each project on which Patricia worked, she was highly motivated to achieve her goal and always tried to pursue another perspective for the given theme. She showed excellent capacities in understanding rapidly the main objectives and also the issues and challenges. I have been observing her progress during the time she worked in the office and I can certainly state that Patricia is a very ambitious person, well‐motivated, capable of dealing a large amount of work, modest and diligent.
