ABOUT THE PROYECT The local plant initially presented predominance of broken lines, making a rather complicated circulation and display of each stay. The customer asks us for something different with a new corporate identity. This is intended to give a radical change for which we opted to modify all surfaces that lined the interior, to create a more open space , free passage , also helping to improve the overall brightness. We made it covering the walls with Krion Porcelanosa, using plywood sheets on a curved galvanized steel channel, and thus, all previous corners disappear. As for the distribution of rooms , it has been left in the same zone, the reception area, customer service and waiting room, reserving the privacy only for a small boardroom, a private toilet disabled access , and a small file to store personal belongings. In the entrance area is an area designed for the Internet, so that the customer can see what they need in the Web of the company, which has designed a custom furniture as well as seats for the possible wait. The reception area is what is more interesting when you enter in the establishment, so for which we have designed a curved volume,

according to the rest of the design, with the company logo on top, backlighted to make it look better. Inside, a fully customized storage and new furniture in keeping with the design. Boardroom, being a not very large in size, has also been designed in white with a coating on two of its opposite walls which gives it more dynamism. In the center a white oval table surrounded by red office chairs with wheels, very ergo nomic . The floor has been covered with white PVC, to make it easy to clean and meets the necessary conditions and it has been decorated with red strips of the same material , leading the customer to each zone.

Facilities have been hidden by a white false ceiling, in a circular shape. For the boardroom, continuous false ceiling system, which border area is illuminated by LED lighting to create an atmosphere of comfort and to enhance the texture of the side panels.

ABOUT THE PROYECT This proyect has been designed for de Sukkahville; an international competition that challenges entrants to re-imagine a new kind of Sukkah. A sukkah is a temporary hut constructed for use during the week-long Jewish festival of Sukkot. It is topped with branches and often well decorated with autumnal, harvest or Judaic themes. It is common for Jews to eat, sleep and otherwise spend time in the sukkah. The sukkah itself symbolizes the frailty and transience of life and its dependence on God. In this way, we decided to create a different sukkah, It is part of a conceptual idea which includes the title of the work in question : My God ‘ nest . The idea is based on the Star of David, which will be included as decorative facing material but in an abstract way that will be described below.

17

MY GOD’ This six-pointed star , is closing in on itself to symbolize the idea of nest. The nest that God gives to the Jews for relaxation, a place to pray at the sky. For this we have created an ephemeral architecture (ephemeral as the nests of birds too), where the person can lie down facing the sky from a position on the heights , like a tree it were , and to be so close of God. MATERIALS For the bottom structure they were used glued laminated wood beams , 33mm thick, with a beam of constant section of 25x30 cm.

As a final finish is applied a layer of lasur , unlike varnishes, it penetrates deep into the wood open pore , allowing the wood to breathe and balance its own moisture and the environment and respects the natural appearance of the veins.

The two sides of the upper , go semi-enclosed by ropes stretched jacketed cotton within textile polyester soul in natural color, a section of 10mm diameter , which are tensioned by spikes galvanized iron , nailed to the axes beams inside .

The front and rear faces are those that go with these louvres coated forming these regular hexagons . Equilateral hexagons formed by side 35,8cm and 2mm thick , and polished galvanized steel , and all welded together , and screwed on the same structural beams . All beams are braced by structural hollow tubes and an OD 30mm for structural beams 6x6 and 60,3mm for beams 25x30. The tables in the seat ‘nest’ , are formed by a plywood of 22mm thickness , placed by screws as seen in the architectural plans on the following pages.

ABOUT THE PROYECT The concept carried out in this place, is what is known as “CONCEPT STORE based on the senses and emotions. As a pioneer store in Seville, we had to make it attractive from the outside, therefore have taken into account the windows display in both its size and its design, giving great importance from the outside to attract and leaving them half open, to let them see that something interesting is inside. Since the concepts of the brand are among the elegance, class and luxury, have also adapted the concept of interior space.

A large open space where stand out white and black as synonymous with corporate identity, and that reflect both that class and elegance. All this combined with touches of gold colored (with tinsel as material), to identify with this other concept of luxury. Those three concepts are those that will stay permanent in interior design.

All 3D strip of tiles around inside the store as well as the fixed furniture in the same white color that gives the material Cryon which is designed with very similar shapes, all inspired by the classic white Chanel bag, which claims to be a classic: for elegance , simplicity, clean lines and lots of geometry. The windows display will always vary according to the seasons or collections of the firm. In this case we had the Spring & Summer collection, inspired by the nature, with animal prints, and this is the concept and style taken this time . The windows show how people feel if they dont wear our clothes, they feel cagged, with the desire to own something Chanel. Ultimately , the customer feel wthat campaign is going, not just a matter of view , but also other feelings and senses.

AQUARIUM SHOP

ABOUT THE PROYECT Aquarium project in Seville, developed by the company “Aquagestión South” , is a project on the aquatic environment (river and ocean) contextualized in the historical context of the journey undertaken by Magellan around the world, taking as its starting point the Puerto de Sevilla. Within it, a room for souvenir shop is located, for which we make the new interior design. A different space where the predominant color is white to give a feeling of more space , and to avoid the typical blue or green colored water . The current design is a too clear sale space that only covers a very young audience , and we wanted to be enjoyed by most customers, both adults and children. To this end, an interactive reading area , and an area of video playback are proposed inside the project, as well as including the corresponding sale zone that is designed on the basis of curved lines and green walls in both areas.

NEST OFFICE

50

ABOUT THE PROYECT This project has been commissioned with the intention of opening a new shared office in the city of Seville. It is an Australian company called “Nest Coworking. Nest Coworking is a membership-based coworking space open to all freelancers, knowledge workers and coworkers from all disciplines. They focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, conscious relationships, and building knowledge through sharing ideas. The local they rent is distributed as a traditional office with all equipped with all necessary amenities. This means to make a complete renovation, and provide a welcoming open space where customers can have a coffee, or rest of the workday. In addition, the program needs requires a closed area to work individually as well as two boardrooms; one for meetings, and another for projections and/or conferences. Once the customer enters in, you host him in that high table with bar stools. You can also host them in the relaxing area, or inviting him for a coffee. On the right side of the high table, we find four tables you share with your co-worker. The private working area is located in the central zone of the office. Everything decorated in an industrial style with smooth lines and refined touches. White work tables, metal seats, vertical surfaces with concrete cladding, aged floorboard wood in grey tones which contrast with some red decorative elements.
