f you’re looking for a warm getaway but not feeling confident about traveling internationally right now, I have some great tips to consider in the Keys! With cheap nonstop flights from many gateways in the U.S. to Miami, you can be out of your winter coat and in your tank top and shorts by early afternoon! I recommend renting a convertible from National Car Rental at Miami Airport (make sure to register for Emerald Club ahead of time so you can bypass the lines and go straight to your car.) Put the top down, crank up your favorite play list and make your way to the picturesque and charming Playa Largo Resort & Spa. Choose from a nicely appointed suite or bring along some friends and family and upgrade to one of their exclusive beach houses with your 12 KEYCINCINNATI.COM
own pool and private beach area. With three restaurants on site, you can enjoy a wide range of cuisine as well as incredible sunset views each evening. You are also within walking distance to a wide range of other great dining experiences, coffee shops and healthy eateries nearby. If you’re looking for a little more lively experience, head a little farther south and make your way to Ocean Key Resort in Key West. Located at the very end of Duvall street, you will have everything at your fingertips! One of the best restaurants in town, Hot Tin Roof, is located at the resort and offers incredible cuisine and stunning views! Hot Tip: I just had some clients return and they highly recommend Danger Charters Sunset Cruise. $85 per person includes unlimited wine and beer as well as several different hors d’oeuvres and a fabulously fun way to spend an evening on the water. Give me a call so we can put some HAPPY on your calendar! Debbie Boyd Travel Happy Agency 513-275-8086 www.travelhappyagency.com

2021 Resolutions for a better, healthier you!
Y
our plans for 2021 are going to be a lot different than what they used to be — you may be trading in parties and get-togethers for more time on the couch in front of a great series on Netflix or a movie, and your resolutions may look different, too. It’s still tradition to decide on a few New Year’s resolutions, and this year, a renewed focus on your health may be top of mind. Or, you may be tired thinking about meals or your waistline, in which case you’ll turn your sights on your mental health, or your sleep routine, or the mess in your living room — or the mess of your closet! This year, fill your resolution list with easy, good-foryou goals. Try one simple lifestyle tweak each day, and you’ll not only jumpstart a healthier body and mind — you’ll feel fantastic and so psyched to make 2021 a much better year than ever before. There are many things you can easily do that will calm you down and ease your stress, help your skin glow, and organize the crazy in your life — maybe you’ll even pick up a cute new daily planner to stay on track! You’ll find easy ways to squeeze a little more fitness into your busy days and sane strategies for decluttering. And the added bonus of weight loss with the added fitness! This year, it’s time to put you first. David B. Schwartz, MD Obstetrics & Gynecology

Freedom to travel!
T
raveling to the Caribbean in the next few months? Here are a few tips so you have a worry free, hassle free, stress free vacation. That is why you are going right? As world travel guidelines shift quickly, international travel requires a few more particulars than before COVID. But do not change your plans, just be in the know! Stay informed! Each country allowing entry now has different requirements that change on a regular basis. For instance, Mexico does not require a negative COVID test to enter but Jamaica does. Your best source of information per country is the CDC (Center of Disease Control) website. Stay at the right hotel! For now, all travelers entering the US will need to acquire a negative antigen test before boarding the plane. Sounds like a hassle, right? Wrong if you chose the right hotel! Many resorts including the entire AMResorts properties with Secrets, Breathless, Dreams, Now, Sunscape and Zoetry Resorts are offering the test on property at no cost to the traveler! And even more important and impressive, if you would test positive, these resorts will keep you in a designated area of the resort for the 10-14 days

Mecklenburg Gardens gives birth to a new music venue in Cincinnati attached to the historic restaurant in the historic bierhall. We call it Mecks. As the dream of owner John Phillip Harten and event coordinator Mara Moon Mecklenburg moves its hand in the late night music venue arena. We hope to welcome many local acts and give home to the unique sounds that are truly Cincinnati.
