Sadly, a few of our clients went out of business, but we picked up new business too as people became more aware of the importance of quality cleaning and hygiene. We handle the hassles
As Greg points out, running a successful business these days is about more than the service itself. ‘Clients look for quality in every aspect from systems to training to health and safety, as well as peace of mind about environmental and insurance issues. All these things are important, but for a small operator they can mean big headaches and a lot of time spent on activities which don’t actually generate revenue.
‘Having a good franchise system behind you makes all the difference and allows you to concentrate on the work. Cleantastic has also proactively worked with MBIE and the Labour Inspectorate to develop good systems which help franchisees employ staff with confidence that they are doing the right thing.’
