INTRODUCTION Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday celebrated every November 2 in Mexico and by other cultures around the world. It is a combination of their Aztec heritage and Catholicism, honoring and remembering those who have come before them, and offering prayers to help guide them on their spiritual journey. Altars (ofrendas) and graves are decorated with brightly colored flowers, chiefly the marigold, using whole flowers and loose petals.
Come join the celebration!
