It’s been two years since I made the decision to buy Creative Memories after its closure in 2014, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made - from both a business and personal perspective. Partnering with a smart, committed team and enthusiastic Advisors to build a new business while honoring the best parts of the globallyrespected Creative Memories brand has been incredibly gratifying, as has the reception we’ve gotten as more and more people learn that we’re back.
I travel quite a lot, and on planes, at airports and in meeting rooms across the world I meet people who have been touched by CM. They say “Oh, I love Creative Memories!” then tell stories of their sisters, friends and wives who so love their albums they store them near the door in the event of an emergency they are first to be grabbed once everyone is safe. They are thrilled to learn that the business is debt-free and thriving. Every day Advisors are joining, making new friends, learning new things and making a difference for their families and their customers. It’s heartwarming, especially when I then see the Home Office cheerleading from the sidelines and enjoying the big and small wins just as much. Mostly I’m grateful. For the opportunity to rescue such an amazing company, to see it growing, to see the stories told, memories preserved and connections shared. Thank you for your part in it.
