GAS STATIONS AS MICRO REALITIES, NYC 2023

Transforming gas stations into attractive cultural centers has the potential to reignite the iconic monument that these stations once presented in society. These structures, deliberately positioned in easily accessible and central areas in Queens, New York, can be repurposed to improve the quality of life for the local inhabitants in multiple aspects. By converting them into cultural centers, we can create vibrant spaces that foster community engagement, artistic expression, and intellectual stimulation. These centers can serve as hubs for exhibitions, performances, workshops, and educational programs, catering to a diverse range of interests and age groups. They will not only preserve the architectural heritage of the gas stations but also provide a platform for local artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs to showcase their talents and contribute to the cultural fabric of the neighborhood. Through this visionary project, we can transform these once utilitarian structures into captivating cultural landmarks, enhancing the liveliness and attractiveness of Queens while creating a thriving community.

Cardiaco Techno; The heartbeat of techno revealed in its most alien form, through music and art. All different but all the same, the mask one puts on their heartbeat is entirely up to them-selves. Chaotic yet organised. Take care of your heart, take care of techno.

Crab Rules; A Pop-Up event in St Andrews, Scotland on April 30th, 2023. An event located on the beach, next to the crabs and rose bushes.
