Paul Kwan started his career in 1990 as the first Unix System Administrator at the Toronto stock exchange. Following this, he served as an Executive Director, enterprise technology at Goldman Sachs, Hong Kong from October 2002 to November 2002.
In 2003, he started working Millennium Partners and continued working there for 12 years. While working at the firm, he served as a head of technical support (August 2003 - July 2009) and Chief information officer of Asia (2009 - 2015).
