Solar Fusion goes national

S

olar Fusion now has full national installation coverage following the latest company expansion. With immediate effect the Solar Fusion installation network now covers the whole of England following the launch of the north regional department Newly appointed regional manager for the north, Graeme Jones, brings a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to the role. He is excited by the challenge that lay ahead. “I am really pleased to be taking up my new post as the regional sales manager in the northern territories within an organisation recognised as a top achiever in its sector,” he said. “I am looking forward to progressing within the company as it continues to grow.” National sales manager, Dave Wood feels the appointment of Graeme is pivotal to the future success of the northern region. “We had an opportunity to take on

very well-known and respected sales professional who I have known for many years. He wanted to come and board with us and you don’t want to lose people with that sort of talent,” he said. The decision to expand further north will immediately create between 20-30 new positions, at a time when most businesses are cutting staff. “The reason why we’re still at the front is that we’re not frightened to act when everyone else is,” said Dave Wood. “We’ve always been a step ahead of everyone else,” he added. In addition to the appointment of Graeme the sales team has been further expanded by the arrival of Nick Gill and Steve Bish. “We also have the benefit of Nick Gill coming in as the new regional manager in the midlands, which should put a lot of strength back in there,” said Dave Wood. “Steve Bish is joining us as training

and recruitment manager, which will free the regionals up to dedicate more time to the guys out on the road,” he added. With the new additions to the sales team Graeme Jones feels that everything is in place to enable Solar Fusion to become a dominant force in the north. “With the introduction of Steve Bish as the newly appointed recruitment and training manager, then I’m supremely confident that we will soon build a formidable team which will quickly be able to challenge the already established regions,” he said.
