Sunday November 27, 2011 Terms and Conditions for Stallholders Payment must accompany the application or it will not be considered. A current copy of public liability insurance must accompany the application. There will be strictly NO footpath stalls this year (except existing Main Street stores who wish to trade outside their premises.) Allocation of your stall position will be made on a first in best position basis but is at the discretion of the LBA Celebrate Lithgow organising committee. The position allocated to you is where you must set up and stay throughout the duration of the fair. All participants must be setting up no later than 8am. If you need to get a vehicle into the street to unload, this must be done by 7am as large amusements and stages will block the street. Pack up is not permitted until after 4pm (unless bad weather intervenes.) Breaches of such will deem you unable to participate in future Celebrate street parties. If you need power to your site you are responsible to contact a business located near your allocated site. You must comply with all Council health and safety regulations and gain all relevant licences from Lithgow Council. It is your responsibility to gain permission to use electricity from a business/office near your allocated position if such is required. Stall allocations will be made by Monday November 14th and posted on the website www.lithgowbusinessassociation.com

There will be three stages positioned in the Main Street.
It will be at the organisers discretion as to which stage you will be entertaining.
If you, or your group, wish to entertain more than once please indicate below.
The segments are for 20 minutes or multiples thereof (in the case of dance groups.) This must be strictly followed to keep the program running on time.
Please bring along your disc players and CDs. We will have a speaker system available at each stage.
The organisers decision is final, but every endeavour will be made to accommodate your requests.
The time and stage allocation will come on a “first in best dressed” basis.
