About Enesa Company History Derived from two words Energy & Safety, Enesa is the brand with its core value and essence based on the heritage of its UK-based parent companies Ascertiva Group and Certsure LLP who own NQA (a global UKAS accredited certification body) and NICEIC and ELECSA (leading UK electrical contracting regulatory bodies).

Harsh is the head of operations in India and has been instrumental in setting up Enesa in India. Harsh has a B.Tech degree from prestigious REC, Allahabad (Moti Lal Nehru Regional engineering college), and has also completed projects for IIT, Kanpur. With an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK and experience of working in UK, Harsh now specialises in international expansion of companies across countries. Harsh is responsible for the creation of new products for Indian market and controls P&L for Indian Territory, establishing strategic alliances, marketing and PR, oversight of legal, financial and HR functions and new business development. More recently nominated and won “Udyog Rattan” (meaning gem of the industry) nationwide award for contribution to industry for 2013.

Specialising in new enterprise creation and international development; Matt founded Ascertiva India Pvt Ltd as part of his work in the diversification of the Ascertiva Group. He has expanded its international reach and delivery of certification, consultancy, training and affinity sectors both internationally and in the UK.

In line with the successful growth of its operations Enesa has expanded its office locations to Bangalore and Mumbai.

Emma joined the Ascertiva Group in 2005 and has held the position of Director of Charitable Affairs and HR Director. She is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Prior to joining the Ascertiva Group, Emma held senior roles in a variety of blue-chip and not-for-profit organisations including; Marks and Spencer, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Which? magazine.

Wayne Terry Head of International Development

Enesa are based in the National Capital Region (NCR) in Gurgaon near to the Indian capital New Delhi.

Enesa prides itself on its experienced and qualified staff, so in addition to its regional offices Enesa also have key personnel located in various regions throughout India to meet its growing client’s needs.

Wayne joined the Ascertiva Group in 2004 and prior to developing the international business he was the Head of Energy and Environment for NICEIC in the UK. Wayne has worked with international standards since 1998 and has a wealth of experience implementing certification and registration schemes across various industries.

Alan has worked in the electrical contracting industry for over 35 years and has held several management posts for a number of organisations, including the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA).
