DESIGN TRANSFORMATION The idea of the Nomad Glass Block is based on mass processing that starts with a cube. The mass is then sliced so that the distances between them can create spaces. The large block that became the initial mass can be moved easily so that the exhibition can be held elsewhere with a relatively easy mobilization process.
MOBILE - ADAPTABLE - TRANSFORMABLE Design is directed at something that is modular but flexible in a sustainability orientation. Mass originally was a box containing all the content needed for the exhibition. The mass of the design is then opened, unfolded, and pulled to create the intended exhibition space.
It was just a box at first!
Let’s open up, now we have a space
Folded up, the length and width of each component are specified
Pull and push the mass of modular blocks. Contents and order have been designed to create the intended space.
Let’s ďŹ nish up! the contents of the box also contain loose components as a planned part

An Idea Comes to life...
The concept embodies SketchUp’s efficiency and simplicity while revealing the design potential that SketchUp offers. The pop-up experience will quickly convey how you can oversee a project from start to finish, exploiting all that SketchUp has to offer. The design will reveal how you can start with a sketched plan and progress to a finished model. The push/pull tool as well as layout were used as inspirations to resemble SketchUp’s building process. The pop-up is for everyone to come and experience who and what SketchUp is. The design will focus on the following fields: Architecture, Construction, Kitchen/Bath/ Interior Design, and Residential Construction. The shape of the house is meant to identify with each industry and to tie into SketchUp’s suitability efforts that advocates for tiny home design. People can explore the possibilities of using SketchUp and the possibilities of designing in their own field. The fun and efficient system will allow for exploitation and inspiration. Everyone can explore the endless possibilities that SketchUp has to offer and alleviate any confusion regarding the design process.
