For a second year, Explore the Outdoors is back bigger than ever and includes guest speaker, TV's Charley Boorman. Of course, there's much more happening at Plymouth Pavilions this Spring than I can mention here, so read on through the brochure for further surprises and don't forget to check www.plymouthpavilions. com regularly, where new shows are continually announced. Plymouth Pavilions is proud to announce that Lemar is returning to the venue this March. This will follow the release of this his fourth studio album 'The Reason', complete with lead single 'If She Knew'.

Though theoretically a country singer, Kenny Rogers has dominated the pop charts during the past five decades, consistently finding songs with universal appeal. In the 1980s he came to embody the role of the sensitive male, singing such romantic hits as 'Through The Years', 'She Believes In Me', 'You Decorated My Life' and 'Lady'; the biggest song of his career. These songs are still classics today, sung at countless weddings, and even engraved on tombstones!

Following their sell out show in January, Anton and Erin return to the Pavilions stage for an additional date. Once again, Anton and Erin will combine sophistication and seduction in an exhilarating mix of dance styles from the Tango, Rumba and Cha-Cha-Cha to the ballroom elegance of the Waltz and Foxtrot.

Almost five years ago, Lemar released his debut album 'Dedicated'; since then he has become the most successful black British soul artist of our time, commandeering the UK's radio airwaves with the hit singles '50/50', 'Dance (With U)', 'If There's Any Justice' and 'It's Not That Easy'.

Russell has recently finished as the head judge on the BBC1 Saturday night hit show 'Last Choir Standing' where he helped select the UK's favourite choir, with the final show being viewed by over seven million people.

Treorchy became the first male choir to venture into the uncharted territory of popular music and subsequently the choir has made more than fifty commercial recordings, making it probably the most recorded choir in the world. In more recent years their radical attitude to music making included a ground breaking album of music by Freddie Mercury and Queen, two recordings of music by Bob Marley and in complete contrast they became the first British choir to perform Sibelius’ Kullervo Symphony in Finnish.

The Ultravox tour will feature the original 80s line up of Midge Ure, Chris Cross, Warren Cann and Billy Currie. Ultravox were one of the primary exponents of the British electronic pop music movement of the early 1980s. They will perform fourteen shows across the UK and fans can look forward to the band performing material from all of their albums, including 'Vienna', 'Rage in Eden' and 'Quartet'.

The Salford born singer, renowned for his stunning live performances, has seen his albums take opera and classical music to a new audience. Russell has performed around the world, from Independence Day celebrations in Washington DC; the Beckham’s pre World Cup party; to more intimate performances for the President of the United States, the Prime Minister and the Pope; as well as duets with artists as diverse as Cliff Richard, Lulu, Lionel Ritchie, Mel C (of Spice Girls fame) and Meatloaf.
