Our brand evolution isn't just about a makeover; it's more like levelling up! It's a journey that started in a garage in 2002. We had to brainstorm a cool name and come up with a logo that would stand out. Fast forward to 2016, and we decided it was time for a major tech upgrade to keep up with the times and meet our customers' needs. These brand changes aren't just cosmetic – they tell the story of our growth, from rewriting the entire system to navigating new countries' legislation. The latest brand is like a snapshot of one of our most significant projects set to

launch in the next few weeks – legislation for Brazil and the UK. We're not stopping there, we've already got plans for the next ten countries across multiple continents. We're genuinely excited about simplifying payroll and HR operations for both local and global companies. Our commitment to staying ahead of the curve is rooted in making things easier for our customers while keeping things interesting. It's a journey, and we're thrilled to have you along for the ride!
New API and Power BI Enhancement We're delighted to introduce two new API endpoints and an enhancement to an existing one aimed at optimising your experience. 1.
"Dependants Quick Add” Experience the convenience of get, post, and delete options with this API. The recent enhancement to the bulk upload functionality simplifies dependant management within the system.

"Payslip PDF Alternative Language" Now, you can also obtain alternative language versions for a collection of PDF payslips.

Leave endpoint Enhancement the ability to extract transactions by filtering on the date that they were last modified. Below is the link to the PaySpace API documentation with all you need to know:

New Features & Enhancements Coming Soon NextGen conversions – Security role screen As part of our ongoing NextGen project to modernise screens, the next screen to be converted soon is the Security Role Screen. This conversion is set to establish a seamless and unified visual experience across all security screens. Not only will this conversion include the benefit of a new look and feel, but also the following benefits: • Security setup aligned with the NextGen menu structure. • All new companies will have a default ESS role • Copy a role, and only make changes where needed • Usability enhancement to create roles quickly and set permissions with one click

Dynamic Form Builder We recently released a "quick add new employee" form for all customers on the Lite edition. What made this possible is our groundbreaking Dynamic Form Builder, a powerful tool that is designed to speed up your capturing process. Imagine a simplified, single form that allows you to capture data for fields usually located on different forms within the application. A single form removes a lot of button clicks and time navigating between forms, enabling you to capture a new employee in a fraction of the time. That is the power of our Dynamic Form Builder. The next phase of this project is to expose the form builder to our Premier and Master customers, including the ability to customise your forms.

Dynamic Form Builder This will allow you to: • Create your own employee onboarding forms with fields relevant to you
• Create multiple of these forms for different employment types (i.e. permanent vs contractor employees) • Include your custom fields in the onboarding form • Set your own required fields • Set visibility conditions (i.e. only show a field if the value of another field is "X") • Create default values, and then hide these if needed Keep an eye out in our following newsletter and release notes for when this feature will be available.
