4 CUPS RADISH GREENS, PACKED 3 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED JUICE OF 1/2 OF A LEMON 1/2 CUP PISTACHIOS OR MACADAMIA NUTS, COARSELY CHOPPED 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED 1/3 CUP EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, PLUS MORE AS NEEDED SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER

METHOD

• Combine greens, garlic, lemon juice, nuts, and cheese in a food processor. • Process until smooth, then drizzle in olive oil. Add more oil if needed for consistency. • Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVE WITH CHICKEN, FISH, PASTA, VEGETABLES, OR ADD TO AVOCADO TOAST OR A SANDWICH!
