The Woodland Spa is a peaceful oasis within Crow Wood Leisure, which is set in 100 acres of beautiful countryside. The spa offers both traditional and the very latest therapeutic, cosmetic and relaxation treatments. Using only the finest products, our fully-qualified and highly experienced therapists are on hand to offer you advice about your treatments or to help with any concerns you may have.

Spa Days Allow yourself to find the inner peace and harmonious state of well-being that you deserve by treating yourself to one of our ever-popular Spa Days. Your day includes use of the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, and a two-course lunch in our brasserie.
Spa slippers are available for purchase at a cost of ÂŁ3.00 or please feel free to bring with you your own suitable indoor footwear, ie. flip flops/slippers, for use around the pool area. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee and water during the day; however any further drinks or snacks can be purchased from the bar.
We will provide you with a robe to use during the day or alternatively you may bring some other comfortable leisure wear.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. Additional treatments can be added to your package at time of booking. Unfortunately we are unable to substitute types of treatments within spa packages. Please see Spa Information regarding cancellations. Treatment and lunch times will be booked at our discretion unless you specify exact times and requirements when booking. Use of the gym facilities is exempt from Spa Day packages due to health and safety reasons. Please book your Spa Day well in advance to ensure the best date is available for you. 2-3 months notice is usually needed for group bookings (3+) and for weekend appointments.

Spa Information It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to relax prior to treatment. Arriving late for your appointment may result in your treatment being cut short, as timings for subsequent clients have to be maintained. Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the treatment. Regrettably we are unable to allow children under the age of 7 years to accompany clients who are having treatments. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult during their treatment. Our prices may be subject to change without prior notice. We aim to provide you with a professional service so if you are not completely satisfied with the treatment you receive, please tell the therapist before you leave the spa. We will do our best to resolve any concerns you raise. If you wish to complain after you have left the spa, please contact the spa manager as promptly as possible.
