GCR DE UPDATE

On May 11th, the Gold Coast Region PCA Board of Directors approved a key member of the DE Program. Our new Chief Track Instructor will be Marcelo Jacir.

Marcelo has extensive track experience, having raced professionally in Europe. He is the current technical director of International GT, a highly competitive sports car racing series, and Principal Director of MC1 Motorsport in Davie, FL. Marcelo is a Gold Coast Region PCA member and has been a PCA DE instructor in our driver’s education programs in the past.

Marcelo’s intention is to fully restore the Gold Coast Region DE program to its former luster. It is his goal to contribute to a safe and vibrant DE program for our Region, commensurate with the quality and unique value that Porsche vehicles hold. Please welcome Marcelo Jacir to the GCR Drivers Education Program and look toward getting on track with him soon.
