My name is Zoe and I am a rabbit. You may probably think that I am a hare, but we, rabbits, are different. We have got shorter ears and legs than hares. Another difference between us is that hares live in nature while we can live both in nature and with humans.

I live with a boy Philip, his parents and grandpa. Philip always feeds me, brushes my fur and plays with me. I love him so much. He is six and he looks like all his friends, but he cannot hear well. Philip wears small gadgets that look like tiny headphones in his ears. They are called hearing aid and they help him hear. 3
Although Philip wears a hearing aid, he cannot hear the sounds around him. This is the reason why he speaks in a bit different way than his friends. - A nursery school – Philip said to his grandpa. – I was at nursery school. His grandpa and other family members got used to the way he talks so they understand him perfectly.

At the nursery school, when Philip’s friends talk to him they try not to speak too quickly nor too loudly. While they are talking he carefully observes their mouth moving because this way he can understand what they are saying. Sometimes, he cannot understand what his friends are saying, so he asks them to repeat and they don’t mind doing that. 6
His nursery teacher often organizes activities in which he can participate too. This makes him happy. Philip likes playing games with the ball. When he gets tired, he likes to draw and make play-doh models.
