Jennifer Young Named Sales Leader of Little White House
Jennifer Young is the new sales leader of Ebby Halliday Realtors’ Little White House Office. Young will also continue in her role as sales leader of Ebby’s North Dallas Office.

Expect Strong Real Estate Market to Continue Into Summer
Despite rising interest rates, the luxury real estate market in DFW doesn’t seem to be slowing down, according to the leaders at Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
All indications point to the seller’s market continuing into the summer, with buyers from across the country willing to pay top dollar to call Dallas home.
As the year progresses, buyers can expect to find slightly more inventory than there was during the first quarter of 2022. That’s largely because more people look to move in the spring months for a host of reasons, including job changes and the need to be close to desirable schools.
