Get ready to score some hoops and goals in this fun class! Boys and girls learn the basic motor skills necessary to play basketball and soccer while they work one-on-one and spend quality time with their parents. Skills such as dribbling, running, kicking, catching, shooting and passing will be taught. Toddlers will develop motor, listening and social skills as they participate in a variety of activities designed around these two sports.
Kids will have a blast as they run, jump, hop, skip, stretch and play to gain strength, flexibility and cardio awareness as well as improve motor development, spatial awareness, cognitive ability and socialization skills. We’ll do various activities including relay races, circle games, obstacle courses and other fun fitness games. In this action-packed class, kids will develop a positive association with fitness.

Toddlers can develop body awareness, balance, flexibility and coordination while having fun learning and practicing movement, rolls and other tumbling exercises. Calling all young Olympians! Boys and girls will develop self-confidence, learn about teamwork and sportsmanship, and gain a variety of skills as they participate in soccer, gymnastics, basketball, track and field, and other individual and team sports. Participants will get to apply the skills they learn to exciting activities and game situations and, finally, showcase their abilities in a mini Olympic games’ tournament on the last day of the session.
