Welcome Elise Howe

Kelly and Julie-Anne Howe, of Whitecap Charolais, are pleased to announce Elise Marie was born on June 9, 2011, coming in at 9 lb 5 oz. Big brother Matthew is pleased with his new sister and all are doing well. It'll be a few short years until the kids will be following in Mom’s and Dad's footsteps in 4-H. Grandparents are Lois and Dale Howe, Moose Jaw.

Welcome Brody Cramp

Shane and Allison Cramp, of Medonte Charolais, Hillsdale, Ontario, are pleased to announce the arrival of their son Brody Alexander. Brody was born on July 18th, 2011, weighing 9 lb. 7 oz. He is welcomed into this world by his big sister Brooklyn and grandparents Allan and Brenda Miller, and Wayne and Marjorie Cramp.

Millangs Celebrate 50th Anniversary

Agnes and Lester Millang, Millang Stock Farm, Camrose, Alberta, celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on August 5.

Coughlin – Valiquette Wed

Brett Coughlin (Cornerview Charolais, Cobden, Ontario, past CCYA President) and Stefanie Valiquette were married in Eganville, Ontario, on August 6, 2011. Brett works for M&R Feeds and Farm Supply as a farm consultant serving the Pontiac region of Quebec. Stefanie is a Physiotherapist at a clinic in Pembroke. Brett is the son of Brian and Heather Coughlin.

Steppler – Armstrong Wed

Andre Steppler married Katie Armstong on August 6, 2011. They now reside on the Steppler Charolais farm site where Andre continues to manage the Steppler Charolais operation. Katie is employed as a Physiotherapist at the Boundary Trails Hospital. Andre is a CCYA Alumni, MCA Board member and son of Dan and Pat Steppler, Steppler Farms, Miami, Manitoba.
