For more than 30 years, the Peace Center has been an economic engine in the Upstate and beyond, driving a cumulative $1.1 billion in economic activity.
Currently, more than 350,000 patrons attend 650+ events, infusing $89.6 million annually into our economy, with a projected $96.2 million when the expansion is completed.
The primary purpose of the Peace Center is performing arts, and these numbers show, in practical terms, how valuable the arts are to our community.

Since 1987, South Carolina’s Blue Dogs have been pulling bits from bluegrass, country, and rhythm & blues to season its own roots rock stew.
