Working together as a team when every member of your team wants to get benefited and is keen to find solutions quickly.
Situation 3 When both parties want to win but that is not possible. When both parties have the same designation. When both parties are willing to sacrifice and get benefited. When both parties do not want to take risk. When both parties prefer to avoid risk as much as possible. Strategy:
Sometimes, compromise can be the only way to resolve a conflict. Little bit of compromise is always helpful especially if both parties can’t win but are hell bent on getting the same benefits.
Situation 4 ď ś When it is important to resolve a conflict in order to maintain your goodwill. ď ś When you require peace and harmony. Strategy:
Sometimes, situation arises when resolving a conflict becomes impossible owing to excessive aggressiveness. You just need to relax and work towards calming the situation.
Situation 5 When you know that you are right and the other person is wrong. Introduce the strategy when you need to win. When the risks are high and you need to gain. When relationship is the least important thing to consider. When time is an important factor. Strategy:
Implement this strategy when certain crisis situations arise. However, it should be noted that using this strategy at different conditions can lead to unnecessary problems and more conflict.
Situation 6 Sometimes, certain situation arises when you can't win. When there isn't much risk involved. You have to maintain your reputation. You want the problem to go away by itself. Strategy:
One of the best ways to resolve a conflict is often to ignore it altogether. But you can’t apply it in all places. But there are situations where it can be really helpful.
