Welcome and Good Evening!

Since 1987, Pedcor Management Corporation has been navigating roadblocks, paving new roads, and setting industry standards.

We are so pleased to have each of you with us this evening as we celebrate the individuals in the driver’s seat. Please join us in giving special thanks to everyone who has made our journey so successful:

Our Sponsors for their continued partnership,

Our Ownership for supporting our education endeavors,

Our Carmel Campus Staff for always being available to assist,

Our Area Managers and Corporate Maintenance Specialists for smoothly operating our day to day business,

Our Vice Presidents and Regional Managers for opening our new sites by mentoring, training and setting a positive example,

And mostly to our Property Managers and Site Staff who treat our communities with care, concern and pride of ownership.

Enjoy the Festivities!

22 Years With PMC

Lisa loved her job and worked hard for over 21 years for Pedcor Management rising to the rank of vice president of the company and often times traveling from state to state to lend a hand to her team or checking up on one of her new properties she referred to as her ‘babies.’ Lisa was held in the highest regard, not just for her role of Vice President, but truly helping people find a place to call home. She was a fair and empathetic leader and had a way of talking to people that helped smooth over any situation. Lisa was an ardent advocate of asking that each team member participate in the success of a community. Moving forward, The Lisa R. Armato Diamond Community of the Year award will recognize a site exhibiting outstanding teamwork.

ation to Rhonda

Rhonda paved a wide path with high standards that PMC Maintenance staffs follow to this day. She may also be the only PMC employee to have boasted that she had been to each and every one of the sites in the entirety of PMC.

Because of Rhonda's personal connections to so many members of PMC, her loss was greatly felt and yet, her legacy impact on PMC will continue long into the future as we continue to use Rhonda's example to create a safe and creative learning environment for each staff member. In honor of Rhonda's service to PMC, an annual award in her name - noting excellence in REAC/NSPIRE performancewill be given at the PMC Maintenance Conference in 2025 and thereafter.
